Profusion Food offers you a wide variety of dishes, all freshly prepared, succulent and delicious. There's something special in it for everyone... We supply caterers with appetizers, hors d'oeuvre, wraps, sliders, quiche, pies, tartlets, skewers and canapés... We opened our doors in 2000, providing the South African hospitality trade with a variety of catering products. Our emphasis has always been in obtaining the freshest of ingredients from numerous agricultural establishments and dealing directly with specialised agents at the Johannesburg fresh produce market. Throughout the years we have had the privilege of providing food and catering for events where Nelson Mandela was attending and other great men, such as Pavarotti and Thabo Mbeki.
