Brian Plouffe - VP of Sales

Our Director of Sales Brian Plouffe has been working with Pat Hoey Productions/ Sales Development Associates for the past three years. He is involved with clients every step of the way through their event marketing endeavor with Pat Hoey Productions. With a background in marketing, Brian is always going above and beyond for clients with new and innovative suggestions that will improve their ROI for their exhibit booth in a current show, at "events within the events" or simply during the planning of their trade show or corporate event. Brian, alongside our customer service team, has helped several chambers of commerce increase membership while implementing the latest tools for retention. To date he has facilitated more than 15 membership drives, gained over 1500 new members and raised over $250,000 for chambers across the nation.

Marlena Eastty - COO

Our Director of Operations Marlena Eastty is a 2010 graduate of Worcester State University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing. Marlena has been with Sales Development/ Pat Hoey Productions for 8 years. Starting out as a part time administrative intern, she has worked her way up the ladder to Operations and Customer Service Manager. In the midst of those positions, Marlena also held the position of Chief Account Executive selling out the company's Central MA Flower Show two years in a row. She has also sold booth space and sponsorships for the firm's three leading events; The Boston Home Show Spring and Fall Editions and the now Flower & Patio Show. In 2007 she took on the title Customer Service Manager for Sales Development Associates. She serves as the campaign manager for the firms several Chamber membership campaigns a season. She assists our facilitators and Chamber of Commerce staff with the 8 week preparation leading up to membership campaigns, providing time schedules, sample documents, and prioritizing the tasks weekly to make sure the job is done effectively. Marlena has worked with over 45 Chambers of Commerce across the country to date. During that time, Marlena also took the position of Director of Operations for Pat Hoey Productions, acting as show manager for our 3 largest events: The Boston Home Show Spring and Fall Editions and the Flower & Patio Show. She also manages several smaller events throughout the year. Marlena works directly with our exhibitors on the details they need to succeed at the shows, including, but not limited to; providing exhibitor kits and move in schedules, lecture and demonstration series coordination, booth placement, website and social media exposure, advertising campaign management and more. Marlena works side by side with our President Pat, to manage the day to day operations of the office as well as the administrative staff. She keeps Sales Development Associates many details and tasks organized and on schedule.

Patrick J. Hoey - President

Patrick J. Hoey, President, brings thirty five years of sales marketing experience to work for Sales Development Associates. He achieved his first marketing successes while a territory sales manager for Burrough's Corporation where he reached 140% of sales quotas and learned the techniques of sales training. Twenty eight years ago, he joined the Worcester Area Chamber of Commerce and parleyed his experience into making it the largest in New England with a membership growth of 440%, bringing it from 900 to 4000 members. Pat is a former member of the Auburn Massachusetts Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors.
