SEAPORT HOMES

Seaport Homes is a design and build company formed by local business owners Christian Farland, P.E. and Sara Farland. Christian, a civil engineer, purchased an existing land surveying and engineering company in 2008. He later added site construction, which now make up the services offered by his company, Farland Corp. Sara, a designer, started a home staging business, Sara Crook Design in 2014 which she still oversees today. She moved into new construction design in 2019, working with builders to create design plans and make selections for their projects throughout the state. They combined their backgrounds to develop land and build homes with modern and competitive designs. Their portfolio is designed with quality in mind to build distinctive, beautiful homes throughout Massachusetts.
