Amy Pettit

Dr. Pettit began her career at Schneck Medical Center in 1994 as a student nurse. In 1995, she received a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Indiana University-Purdue University Indianapolis. Dr. Pettit later continued her education at the University of Southern Indiana where she earned her Master of Science in Nursing, specializing in Nursing Management and Leadership, and a Doctorate of Nurse Practice (DNP) with an emphasis in organizational and systems leadership, becoming the first DNP in Schneck's 100-year history. She holds a certification in Nursing Administration and is a Certified Six Sigma Black Belt by the American Society for Quality.
