Dr. Amanda Souza is an obstetrician and gynecologist with special training in high risk pregnancy care and minimally invasive surgery. She joined the Schneck medical staff in 2016.

Dr. Pettit began her career at Schneck Medical Center in 1994 as a student nurse. In 1995, she received a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Indiana University-Purdue University Indianapolis. Dr. Pettit later continued her education at the University of Southern Indiana where she earned her Master of Science in Nursing, specializing in Nursing Management and Leadership, and a Doctorate of Nurse Practice (DNP) with an emphasis in organizational and systems leadership, becoming the first DNP in Schneck's 100-year history. She holds a certification in Nursing Administration and is a Certified Six Sigma Black Belt by the American Society for Quality. Dr. Andrew Dick is an anesthesiologist with Schneck Medical Center. He attended University of Illinois at Chicago and completed his residency at Medical University of South Carolina. He joined the medical staff of Schneck Medical Center in 2010. He has three children with his wife Dr. Amanda Dick, a surgeon with Schneck Surgical Associates.

Dr. Brad Morin is a board certified physician specializing in family medicine. A North Vernon native, he attended Hanover College for his undergraduate education. He earned his Doctor of Medicine from Indiana University School of Medicine where he was inducted into the Alpha Omega Alpha and the Gold Humanism honor societies and received the Family Medicine Award. Dr. Morin completed three years of specialty training in Family Medicine at Ball Memorial Hospital in Muncie, Indiana and served as Chief Resident for his final year. He joined the medical staff of Schneck Medical Center in 2009.

In 2019, Rice joined Cincinnati Children's Hospital as Assistant Vice President for Information Services. He returned to Schneck as Chief Information Officer in August 2021.
