After numerous years working in FX Hedge Fund Sales at Barclays Investment Bank in London, Alex joins Steno Research as a Senior Data Analyst having recently repositioned into the Data Science field. His established background in markets and technical capacity see him focusing on the data architecture and analytical offering for Steno Research.

Andreas is the core macro consultant in Steno Research. Building on years of experience as Global Chief Strategist at Nordea Bank, he is one of the most quoted and sought-after macro analysts out there. Andreas' expertise is the FX/rates, energy, real estate and equity spaces, but doesn't shy away from hot takes on other topics if the underlying analysis is strong enough. Andreas anchors the weekly editorial ‘Steno Signals'.

Anne holds a degree in Politics and International Relations from University College London. Her knowledge of UK and European affairs has landed her roles with the foreign service and media - now she is part of the team at Steno Research as a political analyst where she contributes to a number of series including Europolitics Watch.

Bastian is the Quantitative Analyst at Steno Research. A valuable asset to the data team, Bastian leverages his expertise in statistics, probability and data-driven decision making to design groundbreaking, statistically sound solutions for the company. Before his tenure at Steno Research, Bastian was building algorithmic trading strategies for a prominent daytrader. Bastian also has experience from the (Commercial) Real Estate sector. Bastian is finishing his masters at DTU.

Christoffer has served as an Air Force Officer and holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Law. His career has been marked by a strong focus on sales, customer relations, and customer experience. He is an accomplished account manager with expertise in planning, project management, contract negotiation, and sales.
Having finished his BSc in 2022, Elias is finishing his master's thesis in Finance and Strategic Management at Copenhagen Business School. As a Financial Analyst, Elias supports the financial division of the business and provides market research and analyses which contribute to ‘Steno Signals' and the ‘Watch Series'.

Mads is Senior Cryptocurrency Analyst at Steno Research. With about eight years of experience in the cryptocurrency market, many of those years spent in a professional capacity, Mads has gained extensive insight into the crypto market, covering both trading and technical facets. He previously founded one of the largest Danish crypto-brokers, which was later acquired. Afterward, he worked as a trader at Bitcoin Suisse and, most recently, served as a Cryptocurrency Analyst at Saxo Bank.
From several years as a chief consultant in the Danish ministries of Taxation and Finance, Mikkel forms the core of our (geo-)political analysis team. Mikkel has a strong network in European and Global affairs and a sharp eye for the bigger picture in localized events. Mikkel anchors the weekly editorial ‘the Great Game' as well as the geopolitical ‘Watch Series'.
After working at Saxo Bank, Oskar has continued his career at Steno Research while studying Economics at The University of Copenhagen. As a Junior Analyst, Oskar supports the financial division of the business and provides market research and analyses which contribute to ‘Steno Signals' and the ‘Watch Series'.
Ulrik contributes to Steno Signals and the Watch Series on all things related to markets. He is enrolled at the Copenhagen Business School where he studies Applied Economics and Finance and has prior to that worked at the Danish Consulate General in Munich as well as the German Chamber of Commerce in Copenhagen.
With a Multimedia Design degree, diploma in Digital Medias and soon-to-be BSc Webdeveloper, Viktoria manages to become the Junior Content Manager of Steno Research's UI/UX department. With this role, she creates and participates in assignments and decisions which involves strategy on social media, graphic design, infographics and our hosted website.
