My name is Ed and I own and operate Talking Horse Cookies. My friends love to call me "Mr.Ed" hence the name. I was buying cookies at the store when I noticed the "extra" ingredients listed on the label. I decided to bake my own cookies and after getting compliments on the quality and of course the taste I decided to make cookies for everyone!
