Alicia Teeter moved to the Mid-South area from Dallas/Fort Worth in 2006 with plans to stay two years and return to Texas, but she loved it so much she settled in and raised her three incredible daughters here. She became a licensed REALTOR® in 2014 and is licensed in Tennessee and Mississippi. She has earned lifetime membership in the Multi-Million Dollar Club in both states and has sold approximately 350 properties totaling around $100 million over the last decade.
She is a member of Memphis Association of REALTORS®, Northwest Mississippi Association of REALTORS®, and North Central Mississippi REALTORS®. Her work focuses primarily in the residential market with buyers, sellers, and investors, but she has also assisted commercial clients. Alicia loves to flip properties, owns rentals, and is excited about her first Airbnb coming soon to the Oxford area.
Entering her 10 th year in real estate, Alicia credits her success to her strong background in customer service and joy in helping others.

As a born and raised Memphian Katrina has always called Memphis Home. She is a graduate from University of Memphis and the University of Tennessee Health Science Center. After 10 years in the health care field as an Occupational Therapist, she decided it was time for a career change. Kerry Constantine is a national award-winning real estate veteran with more than two decades of industry experience. She began her career working in the marketing department for a large master-planned community developer in SW Florida, and earned the coveted MIRM (Member, Institute of Residential Marketing) designation through the National Association of Home Builders. In 2007 she opened her own real estate brokerage in SW Florida (Power Brokers Real Estate, Inc.), where her focus was primarily working with real estate investors. Mary Anne Gibson has been elected twice to the Germantown Board of Mayor and Alderman and is serving as Vice Mayor for the fifth year unanimously elected by her peers. Mary Anne is a passionate advocate for high quality public education where in 2012, she served as the District 5 Board Commissioner on the Shelby County School Board during the pivotal transition period for Memphis City and Shelby County Schools. Vice Mayor Gibson is also a champion for the 30 local parks and 22 miles of greenway within the 21 square miles of Germantown. She has served as Vice Chairman for the Germantown Parks & Recreation Commission, Chairman of the Farm Park Advisory Group and currently serves as a founding board member and Chairman of the Bobby Lanier Farm Park, Inc. non-profit organization, which supports the 10-acre park as an education and demonstration site for sustainability. Vice Mayor Gibson serves as Alderman liaison to the Parks & Recreation, Neighborhood Preservation, Economic Development and Public Art Commissions and is a member of the Germantown Library Board and Board of Zoning Appeals.

Mary Anne is an active member of Germantown United Methodist Church where she and her husband, Steve, were married over 37 years ago. They have three adult children, Morgan Gibson Day, Marshall Gibson & Madison Gibson and are the proud grandparents of Junie Day! Mary Anne and Steve, are the 2016 Lincoln County Cowboy Symposium National Chuckwagon Champions, 2019 World Champions and are proud of their work with White Mountain Elementary and Gavilan Canyon School students in Ruidoso, New Mexico, Memphis Oral School for the Deaf and Junior Diabetes Research Foundation.

Sasha grew up in Boston MA and went to University of Wisconsin. She majored in Psychology; continuing coursework in Architecture and Design. She moved to Memphis in 2011 with her family.
Before becoming a real estate agent, Sasha worked as an interior designer and home stager for many years. Her design work was full spectrum, from full home renovations, new construction, to smaller paint consultation and refresh design jobs.
As a Certified Home Stager, she was able to help clients enhance their homes beauty and functionality from a "Buyers eye", allowing buyers to visualize living in a house, as well as assisting sellers to obtain the highest and greatest number of offers as possible.

Shannan McWaters, co-owner of The Firm, is originally from South Georgia. After calling Memphis home since 1989 she considers herself all Memphis, Tennessee with a little Georgia twist. She has a background in the fashion industry as a former local boutique owner & buyer. Before falling in love with Real Estate in 2009 she was the in-house designer for a Memphis based flooring company. She has taken her love for design, her extensive knowledge of the home building/remodeling industry, her creative talents and spun them into a career in real estate that offers a fresh new experience for her clients.
