Jim Van Newhouse, owner has over 30-years experience in remodeling and painting in residential and commercial industries. While growing up in Bowling Green, Ohio he had the opportunity to work side-by-side under the careful eye and supervision of his grandfather, an owner in the local lumber company. Here he learned about the construction industry including materials, products and most important providing 100% customer satisfaction. This was the first step toward achieving his goal to own his own construction company. He left Bowling Green in 1978 and came to Colorado when the construction industry was booming.
