Martin F. Triano, is a passionate, animated litigator with a law practice that focuses on International Law, Real Estate, and complex Family Law. He has earned his reputation as one of San Francisco's best-known legal experts - when he acted as the leading attorney Popov v. Hayashi - the renowned ‘Barry Bonds Baseball Case' which is now taught in most first-year law classes across the country. Marty founded the Law Offices of Martin F. Triano, which became Triano & Byrne, in 1988. He dissolved his litigation practice in September 2021 and is now focusing on third-party mediation at the Mediation Offices of Martin F. Triano. He has both a local and international reputation for taking care of, and fighting tirelessly on behalf of the people and businesses he represents. For the past 20 years, Marty serves as Judge Pro Tem of San Francisco County Superior Court. He previously served as a Commissioner of Alameda County Superior Court. As an expert in Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR), he frequently acts as a private judge/mediator with the firm belief that, ‘if you go to trial, somebody is making a mistake.'
