U2nc is a private limited company incorporated in 1988, under the leadership, among others, of Dr. J. Freund. First called Unh (nephrology and hemodialysis Unit), it became U2nc (Nephrology Unit of New Caledonia) in January 2018... U2nc, a private limited company, is one of the main dialysis operators of the health system in New Caledonia. It monitors and treats kidney failure with its two partners, i.e., the Gaston Bourret territorial hospital (CHT, Médipôle) and the Association pour la prévention et le traitement de l'insuffisance rénale (Atir).
