Bethany serves as Chief Ministry Officer at True North Church. She takes a lead role in the development of True North Wellness Center. Bethany holds a Bachelor degree in Rhetorical Criticism and a Masters degree in Clinical mental health counseling. She is married, with a daughter and a son on the way. She is passionate about people finding healing and wholeness through the integration of psychological insights and Biblical truths.
Dr. Mannion has extensive teaching, pastoral and missionary experience having taught in a variety of higher education settings, pastored several churches, and served as a missionary in over twenty nations. He now serves as the Senior Associate Pastor at True North Church and President of True North College. He is married with six children is passionate about teaching.

Ps. Josh serves as an Associate Pastor and Chief Operating Officer of True North Church. Holding an undergraduate degree from Rowan University and an MBA from Indiana Wesleyan University, Ps. Josh has worked in non-profit management and ministry for 20 years. Married with 2 kids, Ps. Josh is dedicated to helping students apply biblical truth to practical leadership, organizational strategy, and healthy structure for kingdom-minded growth.

Ps. Luis serves as an Associate and Next Steps Pastor at True North Church and has worked in full-time ministry for 8 years. His background in biblical studies, organizational leadership and project management has helped pioneer and implement a new approach to discipleship. He is passionate about empowering students through God's word to know who they are fully in Christ and to use their God-given gifts to serve others.

Ps. Kyle serves as the Ministry Pastor at True North Church and primarily oversees the small groups, which we call Crews. He is also the Director of Admissions for True North College. He has worked in full time ministry for the past 9 years. He is married with 3 children and loves to encourage students on their journey of following Jesus.
