At Weathervane, we prioritize providing a high quality coffee experience; starting with sourcing the best specialty coffee, roasting in-house with the latest techniques, and finishing it off by brewing and crafting the best possible cup... Growing up in El Salvador during the '80s and '90s, I was fortunate to have many memorable and formative experiences. On one family trip into the mountains, I was surrounded by the sweet smell of blooming coffee plants on the mountainside. Staring out the car window at the snowy white petals contrasting with the volcanic red soil as the landscape was shaded by the luscious green treen canopy is one of those experiences that had a lasting effect.
