WARWICK LANE DESIGNS - Key Persons
Following an undergraduate degree in Business Information Systems Management Alex graduated from Sussex University with a Postgraduate Diploma in Law, in 2004 followed by the Legal Practice Course at the College of Law in Guildford in 2005.
Alex went onto work for a Sussex Law Firm before focusing on expanding his family retail business and Warwick Lane Designs.
Alex has worked on a variety of development projects including new build houses, commercial and retail re-developments and specialises in realising latent potential in redundant upper-parts, and airspace developments .

Becky joined Warwick Lane Designs in 2020, having qualified as a Legal Secretary in 2012 from Chichester College and working for law firms in the south east for the last 8 years.
Becky manages our office and portfolio as well as assisting the architectural team with client and company liaison.
Becky is experienced in all areas of commercial and residential portfolio management and has implemented the latest technology to streamline the management of our in-house portfolio of commercial & residential units.
Since joining Warwick Lane Designs Becky has completed further training, and is now a fully qualified bookkeeper having achieved Level 2 Accounting & Level 3 Accounting qualifications.
In her spare time Becky likes to swim, and has swam from Bournemouth Pier to Boscombe Pier in in 2019 for the British Heart Foundation. She also has 5 cats!
Craig started out in the Graphic Design industry in 1998 as a keen apprentice. Since then he has worked at local level, national level and also within a global corporation, in positions ranging from Graphic Designer to Marketing Manager.
In 2011 Craig received a City & Guilds Senior Award for creative studies throughout his career. Outside of work Craig enjoys spending time with his Wife and Daughter.
