WOCSDICE - EXMATEC 2023

WOCSDICE is an annual workshop with a long-standing tradition, as it was established in 1973. This meeting brings together internationally recognized scientists, as well as promising early career researchers and engineers to disseminate state-of-the-art research findings in the areas of compound semiconductor materials, associated devices and integrated circuits.
