An attorney with more than 35 years' experience representing some of the world's largest multinational entertainment conglomerates, Frank relocated from his native New York in 1997 and has since then been based in Singapore, Hong Kong, and now Thailand, functioning in various executive capacities in the book publishing, music, and movie industries.
Direct responsibilities have involved strategic advocacy, government relations, cross-industry lobbying, and policy development for market access and rights protection. A prolific writer and communicator skilled in the areas of risk identification and mitigation, project and crisis management, and business development and communications, Frank has also overseen civil and criminal rights enforcement proceedings in more than ten jurisdictions throughout Asia.
An effective manager with previous supervision for more than 100 reporting staff, Frank enjoys bridging business cultures and communicating information to help clients better understand local markets, expand their reach, and enhance their operations. A prolific communicator and inveterate traveler, his career has involved more than 150 industry and government presentations in 25 countries around the world. His practice concentrates primarily on entertainment and intellectual property rights, as well as cannabis reform.

Biography
Jaruwan Rakruam is an attorney with a strong background in Thai and international law. She has been practicing law for over 2 years and has significant courtroom and litigation experience. Jaruwan is licensed to practice law in Thailand.
She earned her law degree from Bangkok University in 2020. Jaruwan is fluent in both English and Thai. Her legal expertise includes drafting and reviewing contracts, preparing legal documents, providing legal advice, representing clients in court, negotiating settlements, and conducting legal research.
Jaruwan has developed excellent analytical thinking, attention to detail, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. She remains calm under pressure. Her strengths include establishing business models, preparing documents for corporate registration and licensing, and handling visa applications. Jaruwan continues to expand her legal knowledge and skills to better serve her clients.

Nathan is very well versed in a wide variety of law in many jurisdictions and is ideally suited for devising multi-jurisdictional legal corporate strategy, corporate and personal wealth tax structures as well as trademark strategy, cross border transactions, M&A, intellectual property and tax reduction through IP. Vanisha is fluent in Thai and English. She has strong legal research, writing, negotiation, and analytical skills. She is licensed as a Notarial Services Attorney and Lawyer in Thailand. Vanisha is committed to continuing her legal education and utilizing her expertise to advance her career.
