Y Developments was founded in 2008 by Directors Dave Clark, John Lee and Gary Hinds. Dave has extensive knowledge of running business enterprises in a range of industry sectors. John is an architect with 30 years' experience in the construction industry, and a Lecturer in Architecture in Manchester. Gary Hinds joined the management team as an experienced constructor and construction manager. The team has expanded to comprise trades subcontractors, site managers, buyers and designers.
