Dr Andre graduated in 2001 and received his Degree of Dental Surgery from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Soul (Brazil). After some years working as a dentist and having his own practice, he then completed his Post Graduate studies in Implantology at IEAPOM (Brazil 2005) and at Sao Leopoldo Mandic Dental Research Centre in Campinas (Brazil 2007). Dr Andre places an estimate of 1,000 implants a year and performs all types of bone graft procedures.

Dr Iole Mendez qualified as a dentist from Central University of Venezuela in 2005 where she realised that orthodontics is her passion. After 5 years working in aesthetic and paediatric dentistry practice, assisting to orthodontic courses, publishing articles and presenting exposition in orthodontics conferences as a speaker, Dr. Mendez was accepted on to a full-time postgraduate programme in orthodontics at the Central University of Venezuela from 2010-2013 period, which she finished with awards in honours research.
After two years dedicating exclusively to private orthodontics and lecturing at the orthodontic postgraduate programme in Venezuela, she moved to the UK where she started working as a consultant at the Russell Hall hospital in Dudley. She then extended her practice to work in private dental practices in central London, where she works with the best aesthetics appliances in orthodontics in order to provide function and comfortable aesthetic treatments.
Dr. Mendez is member of the Orthodontic Society of Venezuela (S.V.O.), Latin American Association of Orthodontics (A.L.A.D.O.), American Association of orthodontics (A.A.O.), and World Federation of Orthodontics (W.F.O.). She always keeps up-to-date with the latest orthodontic technologies and attends the most prestigious conferences in order to offer the best to her patients.
Dr Mendez is meticulous, with extensive experience with both children and adults, including very complex aesthetics and orthodontic cases. Dr Iole always creates a relaxed and comfortable atmosphere while providing the highest standards of orthodontic consultation.

Dr Kritanjli has been working in private and mixed practices in the UK since 2011. She completed her Masters in Dentistry from Aarhus University (Denmark) in 2007 and acquired 4 1/2 years' experience working in fully private dental practice in Denmark prior to moving to UK.
Dr Kritanjli's aim is to provide the highest quality of dental care, with meticulous attention to detail; and at the same time also provide clear and good communication to meet patients' expectation regarding their treatment in the most ethical manner.

Dr. Yasmin Anaboussi finished her studies in Dentistry at the International University of Catalonia (Barcelona) in 2014. She started her career working in an implant centre as a restorative dentist and doing several Cosmetic Dentistry courses (2014, 2015, 2018, 2020) with the most prestigious cosmetic dentists in the world. In 2016, Dr Yasmin did a one-year post-graduate course in Occlusion, TMJ and restorations over teeth and implants. Dr Yasmin also holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Implants, Periodontics and Oral surgery by the University Autonoma de Barcelona (2018) and is an Invisalign Go provider.
Having studied so many courses and focusing her career in full mouth restorations and cosmetic dentistry, Dr. Anaboussi is capable and confident in diagnosing full cases in a single visit including implants and/or very complex cases.
Dr. Yasmin started working as an Aesthetic Practitioner in 2014 and continued her studies at the International Cosmetic Training Academy Derma Medical (Harley Street).
After several years of working as a Dentist and a Clinical Director in London (Harley Street and West London), Barcelona and Madrid for different international Dental groups, Dr. Anaboussi brings her expertise to her own practice in Northwood which she co-owns with Lakshmi Rao, Operations Director.
Dr Yasmin is member of the British Dental Association, The private dentistry association, General Dental Council and the Catalan Council of Dentists.

After obtaining an under-graduate degree in Computer Science in 2002, Lakshmi continued with her further education and obtained a Masters' in International Management from King's College, London in 2003.
Lakshmi started her career in Human Resources due to sheer interest in both human and organisational behaviour. She has worked in various corporates including financial institutions in the city of London at various levels of Human Resources. In the last four years, she has worked as Head of HR and Operations Director for couple of Dental Groups.
Lakshmi holds level 7 CIPD Diploma in Human Resources Management and an Emotional Capital Report certification (tool to understand and develop leadership capabilities via emotional intelligence).
Having gained experience in both the patient journey and the non-clinical aspects of Dentistry, Lakshmi joined forces with Dr. Yasmin to bring the new bespoke Dentistry to the heart of Northwood through L&Y Dental.
Lakshmi is also the treatment co-ordinator of the practice, ensuring each patient's journey is bespoke.
