Alison has managed to turn being a nosey parker into a 20-year career in marketing, advertising and media. She started her career becoming a classically trained marketer at Diageo before moving advertising agency side to develop award-winning global campaigns and ideas that have achieved significant business success for a variety of big global and small local clients. She led a diverse team of strategists as Head of Planning at JWT before moving media agency side to challenge the myth that advertising people don't get digital and data. As a Chief Strategy Officer, she led Insight, Strategy and Creative teams. After becoming weary of aeroplanes and big agency bubbles, Alison went to work in the not-for-profit sector with people who want to have a more positive impact on the world. Over 30 years in global marketing and communications. A professional nosey-parker, she is obsessed with unpicking the truth of what people really think and using that to make better decisions. His expertise also includes Amazon strategy, design thinking and programmatic media solutions.

Hilde Oord - Founder

Too many years to remember, doing planning and research in the UK and US. Hilde is on a mission to return to quality research having witnessed its unfortu nate demise. Jonathan Dalton - Founder

Having trained as a graphic designer, Jonathan worked extensively in the agency and marketing environment as a Creative Director and latterly as Operations Director where he successfully transitioned and managed a range of outsourced business and marketing solutions. He has experience of global marketing technology deployments and change programmes across cultures and borders. Creative at heart, Jonathan (JD) has over 25 years in brand design and marketing, and a focus on using data to provide answers and solutions to clients' problems. "I'm amazed that the clever tech used in other sectors not been used in consumer research."
