With a background in Civil Engineering and accreditation from the Institution of Civil Engineering in the UK as an Incorporated Engineer since 2018, Agis brings to the table a blend of problem-solving prowess, mathematical acumen, and analytical skills. Agis has primarily focused on transportation projects aimed at revolutionizing infrastructure in the UK. Notable among these are the Crossrail Project and High Speed 2 (HS2), a ground-breaking high-speed railway connecting London and Birmingham. In both endeavors, Agis led teams and implemented strategic enhancements to station facilities, buildings, and various infrastructure elements such as tunnels and bridges as well as upholding technical compliance. Agis is a Design Project Manager at Alchemy. April Peach

April is an adept senior administrator and executive with a long history of adapting and utilising her skills to successfully operate in a variety of industries. Her experience in primarily dual-focused roles, practical approach to problem-solving, and proven ability to adhere to and exceed versatile targets have resulted in April becoming Alchemy's Practice Manager and Personal Assistant to the CEO. April has had roles in HR, construction, and Tech including roles where she was solely responsible for the office and facilities management alongside managing the service delivery processes such as change management, RCAs, and customer communication as well as helping to manage the support team's daily operations. April is a highly motivated and organised individual ensuring the seamless management of Alchemy's back-office operations and providing centralised support for global project teams and the CEO. Her enthusiasm for continuous development has resulted in her obtaining new qualifications with the view of becoming more involved in Alchemy's projects and HR processes.

Ben Price - CEO, Founder

He founded Alchemy in 2009 on the belief that fusing the speed and agility of event delivery with the management systems of the architecture & construction sectors would create a unique firm. He was awarded Event Organiser of the Year in 2012 for his work on the London 2012 Olympic Torch Relay Evening Celebrations. Ben has led, managed and directed projects across the globe including in North America, South America, the Middle East, Central and East Asia and Europe. He is experienced leading projects for Governmental clients including the UK, US and UAE Governments as well as international brands such as Coca-Cola, P&G, Hyundai and LG Electronics. He was the UK Government's Client Representative for the UK Pavilion at Expo 2017 and the UAE Government's Client Representative for the UAE Pavilion at Expo 2020. As well as being the Founder CEO of Alchemy, Ben also functions as the Director, Projects overseeing major projects delivered by the firm and championing the very best approach to delivering challenging moonshot projects. Outside of Alchemy his insights are regularly sought by clients and industry partners alike.

Chris Sheppard - Founder

Chris is co-Founder and Director at Alchemy, focussed on the front-end delivery of our most challenging construction management projects. Notable projects include senior management roles on the delivery of the Education City Stadium for FIFA World Cup 2022, Birmingham 2022 Commonwealth Games Aquatics Venue and the UK Pavilion at Expo 2017. He has broad experience throughout Europe and the Middle East, and is an overlay/temporary facilities specialist having started his career in the event industry. Most recently, he also undertook the role of Project Lead for the ICC T20 Men's World Cup Nassau Cricket Stadium in the USA 2024, overseeing the delivery of a 34,000 seat stadium from a green field to broadcast of the first match in 7 months. Throughout his career, Chris has demonstrated a steadfast commitment to excellence, leveraging his project management prowess to deliver extraordinary experiences on both local and international stages.

Christine Losecaat MBE

Christine is an internationally experienced senior business strategy and design management specialist. She is an Emmy® award winning producer, a Fellow of the Royal Society for the Arts, an Honorary Fellow of the British Institute of Interior Design and in 2016 was appointed Member of the Most Excellent Order of the British Empire (MBE) for services to the creative industries in the UK by HM Queen Elizabeth II. Projects where she has been a key member of the leadership team and directly responsible for creative direction and programming include the multi- award-winning UK participations at Expo Milano 2015 and Expo Astana 2017, the UK Government's business programmes at both the London 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Games and the 2022 Commonwealth Games; the IET's 150th anniversary the Royal Astronomical Society's Bicentenary. She is currently Executive Project Director at Alchemy, Chair of the Board both at leading front- line domestic abuse charity, Advance and at the Mears Foundation, the charitable trust of Mears plc and a Trustee at The Mayhew Animal Home. Griffin McGuire

Griffin is a well-versed construction professional specialising in the areas of digital and technical solutions for the engineering, manufacturing, and construction industries. For the past decade, he has worked in a variety of project and digital teams ensuring successful project delivery of complex heavy steel, concrete, and temporary structure solutions for the commercial high-rise sector throughout Australia. He has worked closely with Tier 1 contractors including Lend Lease, Multiplex, Built, Probuild, CPB Contractors, John Holland, Leighton Contractors, Mirvac and Hansen Yuncken. With a Master's degree in Engineering from Imperial College, London, Meeta commenced her professional journey at Accenture, where she honed her skills as a management consultant. Her expertise encompasses crafting operating models, implementing process enhancements, and fostering commercial best practices. She excels in strengthening Finance, IT, HR, Governance, and Risk management structures across diverse international teams spanning private, public, and non-profit sectors. Notable clients in her portfolio include PepsiCo, Campari, DIT, Unilever, Virgin Media, and the Department for Culture, Media & Sport. Over the past decade, Meeta has intensified her commitment to nurturing internal talent and capabilities within organisations. Richard Mulhern

With an educational background in Architecture from the University of Kansas and advanced studies in Germany and Switzerland, Richard has developed a robust expertise in both temporary and permanent venue solutions. His professional journey includes pivotal roles at world-renowned Sports Architecture firms, and event specialists, where he led the design and construction of critical projects from the London 2012 Olympics, World Expo 2020 Dubai, and 2022 FIFA World Cups. Richard's career is distinguished by his strategic insight and ability to navigate complex, multi-cultural environments, which have been instrumental in securing and executing large-scale projects across the globe. His leadership in project management and business development has not only driven project success but also fostered sustainable business practices and innovative design solutions in the architecture and construction industries. Based out of New York, Richard continues to impact the global architectural landscape by leading feasibility studies on major construction and master planning projects and leveraging his deep understanding of cross-disciplinary collaboration to enhance operational efficiency and design excellence. He serves as the Regional Director in charge of major events across the Americas and major construction projects, including the 2024 T20 Cricket World Cup Nassau County Stadium and the 2025 World Expo Osaka USA Pavilion. His introduction to the industry began with managing the production of numerous high-profile activations for major brands and overseeing construction delivery for projects in complex environments against expedited delivery timelines, often with immovable deadlines. His responsibilities span the entire project lifecycle, including budget management, client communication, design team coordination, procurement, and construction oversight, whether in a contractor or project owner's capacity. Sam's aspirations extend beyond tangible achievements on the delivery of single projects; he is committed to producing and refining Alchemy's project delivery methodology and ensuring the steadfast application of the company's vision across its diverse portfolio of projects.
