Alex Adam

Alex manages the day-to-day operations, liaising with clients to discuss their training needs and ensuring the smooth running of our programmes. She has a background in PR and Marketing and handles our communications. Alex has worked previously in Learning and Development specifically focused in the field of Architecture and Design. She has also managed a central London design agency and worked for many years in PR and Events for agencies in London and New York. She has a degree in European Studies from Royal Holloway, University of London.

Arnaud Pitois

Job Titles:
  • Video Production & Design
Arnaud is responsible for producing all of our video content, running technical training sessions and overseeing all of our visual design work both internally and externally. He specialises in translating our clients messages in to a range of dynamic and unique digital formats. He has worked in TV Production (C4, BBC3, ITV2, NBC, Canal+), Post Production and International Film Festival Publicity (Sundance, Cannes,Toronto & London Films Festival).

Caroline Kilpatrick

Caroline trained as an actor at RADA and holds a distinction in MA Voice Studies from the Royal Central School of Speech and Drama. She is a dynamic, perceptive and flexible communication skills trainer. She empowers and enables individuals to achieve their desired impact from their communication by channelling their own authority, passion and strength. Caroline specialises in : increasing confidence in public speaking, personal impact, presentation skills, physical and vocal presence, assertiveness in meetings, accent reduction and vocal technique.

Daren Jacobs

Daren gained a degree in Philosophy and Psychology (specialising in the Philosophy of Mind, Cognition and Creative Thought) from the University of Sussex. He has worked as a facilitator, coach, leadership consultant and keynote speaker for over 20 years and has delivered leadership development programmes around the World in over 60 countries. He works regularly at Oxford University's Saïd Business School, where he teaches on the Oxford Advanced Management & Leadership Programme. Clients include CEOs, boards and management teams for organisations such as Harrods, Rolls Royce, Johnson & Johnson, Microsoft, Deloitte, Standard Chartered, eBay, GSK, Mercedes-Benz, Columbia Business School, BMW, Exelon, Lafarge, Daimler, Total, INSEAD, Edison, Lufthansa, ICA and Barclays.

James Healy

James has worked as a Communications Consultant & Facilitator for 23 years. His specialism is the craft and psychology of performance, translating the fundamentals of communication into a cohesive set of techniques that can be employed by individuals, teams and organisations. Much of his work is with the 'Magic Circle' Law Firms and the 'Big Four' Accountancy Firms, although he has also worked extensively across Media, Telecoms, the Motor Industry and Banking.

Jo Roberts

Jo has worked with a diverse client portfolio for over 20 years, from Law Firms to Breweries. She utilises her training as an actor to help clients explore and understand their personal impact and communication skills. By creating experiential practice sessions she offers clear, direct and compassionate feedback on the strengths and development areas to be considered. As a coach she challenges coachees to explore their potential as leaders and communicators, in a safe environment. Jo never tires of developing new ways to engage participants in their personal development.

Mathew Cook

Matt is a CIPD L3 Qualified Human Resources specialist and has spent much of his career at London-based creative agency, Gravity Road. His focus on evolving progressive organisational cultures brings a unique lens to the Boylett's team and acts as a bridge to Learning & Development professionals on the client side. In 2020 he helped Gravity Road win the ‘Digital Innovation Agency of the Year' award, and is now bringing what he learnt through that process into a range of Boylett's programmes and client interventions.

Miranda Mitchell

Miranda has over 20 years experience running top London creative, marketing and PR agencies. Leading teams, managing senior boards and coaching clients through conflict and change. Most recently she was Managing Director of Edelman, London - part of the world's largest global networked communications agency in billings. There she dealt with staff retention, team morale, coaching senior teams through systemic change and navigating global systems and processes whilst leading large teams through diverse business challenges. She has been on the board of agencies large and small, dealing with mergers and acquisitions, re-brands and redundancies and always put people first with her honest and personable insights. She can offer valued one to one leadership counsel as a trusted advisor and sounding board as well as feature as an external speaker for teams to inspire and offer an experienced outside perspective on a variety of people and culture based subjects.

Sally Leonard

Sally is a Doctoral level Counselling Psychologist and brings many years of experience from working in her clinical practice to helping businesses promote psychological safety and emotional wellbeing in the workplace. Sally has a 2 year MSc and 4 year Counselling psychology Doctorate. She is qualified to deal with any range of presenting psychological issues. She is trained in the major models of therapy including CBT, psychodynamic practice, person centred and systemic therapy, all of which are grounded in evidence based practice.

Tatty Macleod

Tatty is a French-English bilingual leadership development consultant, writer and stand-up comedian. She completed an MA Acting at the Royal Central School of Speech and Drama and prior to that she completed an LLB Law from the University of Sussex. She is an experienced facilitator and workshop leader and her clients have included PWC, LSE, NHS and Nike. Alongside her leadership development work, she continues to forge a successful career as a comedian and influencer. With 100K followers on Instagram and 90K followers on TikTok, she produces daily content to engage and inspire her followers and understands the complexities of branding and branding strategy. Tatty integrates her experience as a performer both online and live delivering workshops with a contemporary edge. She takes pride in her ability to relate to challenges faced by younger audiences and her ability to engage the next generation of managers and leaders.
