BART CIESLAK

In the 12 years Bart has worked for KCS he has gained substantial experience in the many aspects of frontline security. His experience is highly valued as is his strong sense of duty, Bart will always go the extra mile to support his team and as a mentor to junior staff he is an excellent reference point for all aspects of the out of hours operations. His key responsibility is to maintain the high standards, demanded by the management, on the important Out of Hours Service.

CHRISTINA JEFFERIES

Christina is an experienced and dedicated Office Manager, having worked for many years in the software industry. She is delighted to be taking on the new challenge of adding value to a growing business with her multi-tasking skills, keen eye for detail, and knowledge.

PAUL HAYNES

Paul is a successful businessman and has achieved recognition across several industries; specifically in the service sectors. He holds honesty and integrity as core values and firmly believes success is achieved through understanding industry/market developments and satisfying individual customer requirements. He demands a high level of accountability and transparency across the business and as the operations director he personally ensures that the business' high standards of customer service are delivered.

Phil Thompson - Managing Director

Phil Thompson retired from a successful career in the Manchester Police in 1998 and started Key Control Services (KCS). He utilised the knowledge gained from his time in the force to forge an award winning security company that is respected by his customers and its competitors. As a highly qualified and accredited security professional Phil is very keen on staff development and training and ensures KCS employees are some of the best qualified industry professionals. Phil personally ensures that the company adheres to all legislation and performs to a high standard to achieve and maintain its extensive list of accreditations.

ROB WALKER

  • Operations Supervisor
Rob began his working life as a professional footballer for Oldham Athletic FC. Unfortunately due to injury, his footballing career came to a premature end. He used his experiences in teamwork and training to refocus and began a career in the security industry, gaining experience in frontline positions specifically in the alarm response and keyholding sectors. Whilst at KCS, Rob has continually displayed high levels of reliability, teamwork and performance. Promoted to Operations Supervisor he has ensured service delivery remains at a high level throughout the KCS teams.

SHANE JONES

Job Titles:
  • Team Leader
Since joining the company In 2018 Shane has proven to be an enthusiastic, eager team player. He has utilised skills obtained from previous employment, at high profile service companies, in his role at KCS; this commitment has been duly recognised by his promotion to Team Leader.
