Dan Becker is CEO of Global Strategic Advisory, and a member of the Guy Carpenter Executive Committee. In this role, Dan is responsible for delivery of the firm's industry leading modeling and advisory offerings to its global client base.
Dan has previously held the positions of Head of North America Analytics, Global Head of Strategy and Transformation, and served as a senior member of the New York broking team.
Dan joined the firm in 2005 as part of Guy Carpenter's Analyst Development Program, and holds a BS in Marketing Management from Siena College.

As Chairman of Guy Carpenter, David Priebe focuses on advancing Guy Carpenter's engagement with clients and markets to identify opportunities and deliver solutions that help them drive profitable growth.
David, who has held various leadership roles at Guy Carpenter since 1981, was most recently Vice Chairman. He is a member of Guy Carpenter's Executive Committee and works with regional leaders to support relationships with our clients. He also oversees Guy Carpenter's Global Capital Solutions Group.
In earlier roles, David was responsible for the firm's global specialty practices and analytics operations, and was responsible for business units including Structured Risk, Global Marketing, Business Development, Market Relationship Management, Market Insights and R&D.
From 2004 to 2007, he oversaw the firm's UK and Continental Europe Operations. Under his leadership, Guy Carpenter initiated its Global Property Specialty Practice and ultimately twenty-two specific line of business center of excellence groups.

Dean Klisura is President & CEO of Guy Carpenter and is a member of the Guy Carpenter Executive Committee. He is also Vice Chair of Marsh McLennan.
Dean was most recently President of Marsh Global Placement and Advisory Services, leading property and casualty placement activities globally, as well as leading Bowring Marsh, the Insurer Consulting Group and Marsh Advisory. He joined Marsh in 1993 and has held several key global leadership roles, including President of Global Specialties.

James Boyce is CEO of Global Specialties at Guy Carpenter. He previously served as deputy CEO of Global Specialties and as Head of Non-Marine Specialties.
He joined Guy Carpenter in 1997 from Wilcox, Johnson and Higgins where he was hired to establish a new Retrocessional team. The firm was then acquired by Marsh McLennan.
Based in London, James is a member of the firm's Executive Committee.

Jana Magnussen is the Chief People Officer for Guy Carpenter. She is a member of Guy Carpenter's Executive Committee and is responsible for executing on the Guy Carpenter global talent strategy across the region. Jana joined Marsh McLennan through the acquisition of Kirke-Van Orsdel, Inc., in 1999, as the HR Leader of the Marsh Consumer and Commercial division. Before moving to Guy Carpenter, Jana was the human resources leader for Marsh US and Canada.
Jana has over 25 years of Human Resources experience to include executive coaching, leadership development, colleague engagement, talent management, compensation, human capital analysis and process improvement. She strives to build an inclusive environment that respects and values all colleagues.
Jana attended the American Institute of Business and Upper Iowa University, where she majored in Business Management. Jana holds her Senior Professional in HR (SPHR) and Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) designations as well as certifications in Spectiv 360 Assessment Advising and Predictive Index and Insights Discovery behavioral assessments.
John J. Trace is CEO of North America. He is a member of the firm's Executive Committee.
John led the development of GC MarketPlace® and has led the Market Relationship Management initiative in the US.
Prior to this role, he was President, US and was responsible for Guy Carpenter's New York Metro Treaty Region. His expertise lies in specialty and alternative reinsurance products, including captives, risk retention groups and programs.

Laurent Rousseau is CEO of EMEA and Global Capital Solutions. Based in London, Laurent is responsible for Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and India, as well as GC Securities and Global Risk Solutions. He is also a member of the Guy Carpenter Executive Committee.
Most recently, Laurent held the position of CEO of SCOR. He is a graduate of HEC business school (École des Hautes Etudes Commerciales) in France.

Michael Sevi is the General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer of Guy Carpenter and a member of the firm's Executive Committee.
Michael joined Marsh McLennan in 2014 as a Senior Compliance Officer for Marsh. Since then, he has served in roles of increasing responsibility, most recently as Deputy Chief Compliance Officer of Marsh McLennan.
Before joining Marsh McLennan, Michael was a litigator at Hogan Lovells and DLA Piper. He also worked as Director of Cabinet Affairs for Governor Rick Scott of Florida, serving as the Governor's senior policy adviser on insurance, financial regulation and taxation.
Outside of work, Michael serves on the board of directors of Rogers Behavioral Health Systems and chairs its Audit Committee. He graduated from Dartmouth College and Harvard Law School.

Neil Mayer is the Chief Operating Officer for Guy Carpenter, and a member of the firm's Executive Committee. In this role, he oversees the central operations, Client Support Services, Marketing & Communications and Data Strategy groups, and leads the firm's Operating Committee.
Most recently, Neil held the position of Chief Operating Officer, North America, where he was responsible for all operations, strategy, and broker support services relating to the US and Canada businesses. Prior to this, he was the Global Head of Strategy & Transformation, where he worked closely with the Executive Committee to define and implement the strategic direction of the company. Previously, Neil was a senior member of the Marsh McLennan M&A/Corporate Development team.
Prior to joining Marsh McLennan in 2010, Neil was with PricewaterhouseCoopers.
Neil holds a BS in Finance from the University of Maryland and an MBA from New York University's Stern School of Business.
Paul Moody is CEO, UK of Guy Carpenter. Based in London, Paul is responsible for Guy Carpenter's UK property and casualty business. He is also a member of the Guy Carpenter Executive Committee.
Most recently, Paul held the position of CEO of Marsh Specialty, UK & Ireland, where he had oversight of Aviation, Construction and Surety, Credit Specialties, Energy, FINPRO, Marine, PEMA, Real Estate and Specie practices in the UK and Ireland.
Paul has nearly three decades of experience as a FINPRO broker, including deep expertise in healthcare. Paul joined Marsh's FINPRO team in 1999 to set up a dedicated healthcare team handling business into the London market from around the globe.

Shruti Raja is the Chief Financial Officer of Guy Carpenter. She is a member of the firm's Executive Committee as well as a member of the Marsh McLennan Finance Leadership Team.
Shruti brings more than 20 years of global finance leadership experience. Prior to joining Guy Carpenter, she served as the CFO of Marsh's North America business since 2021. Before this, she led the Corporate Financial Planning & Analysis group at Marsh.
Shruti joined Marsh McLennan in 2008 as a member of the M&A team. She has held various leadership positions in Finance across London and New York over the past 15 years.
Before joining Marsh McLennan, Shruti worked with Lehman Brothers in their investment banking group, covering insurance companies.
Shruti holds a BS in Statistics from India and an MBA in Finance from Emory University.

Tony Gallagher is CEO of the Asia Pacific Region and a member of the Guy Carpenter Executive Committee. Based in Hong Kong, Tony focuses on advancing catastrophe and capital solutions, refining the client experience to help fulfill strategic goals.
Tony joined Guy Carpenter in 2013 and has been instrumental in enhancing the firm's services and delivering exceptional client value in the region. He has worked in the reinsurance industry for over 25 years, with a number of positions throughout the UK, Japan and Australia.

Victoria (Vicky) Carter is Chairman of Global Capital Solutions, International for Guy Carpenter & Company Ltd. She is a key member of the Guy Carpenter leadership team, responsible for driving new business production across the firm's global operations and a member of the firm's Executive Committee.
Vicky is Deputy Chair of Lloyd's, a Member of the Council of Lloyd's, the Lloyd's Remuneration Committee, the Lloyd's Audit Committee and the Lloyd's Nominations and Governance Committee. In addition, she is Chairman of the Lloyd's of London Foundation and Lloyd's Community Programme and a Trustee of the Sick Children's Trust. Vicky is a Freeman of the City of London and a Liveryman of The Worshipful Company of Insurers.
Vicky has over 40 years of experience in the reinsurance industry. She was the first female founder of a Lloyd's intermediary, the first female Deputy Chair of Lloyd's and has operated in a number of senior executive positions within the broking sector.
In 2022, Vicky received the Achievement Award at the British Insurance Awards, presented to individuals who have made an outstanding contribution to the success of the insurance industry throughout their career. In 2019, she received the award for Insurance Woman of the Year (large firms) and the judges' choice Outstanding Achievement award at Incisive Media's Women in Insurance Awards.
