Colin has a BA in Business Studies, and several IT related certificates in Linux, IT Security, and Microsoft. He also has a certificate in Neuromuscular Physical Therapy. Colin has broad experience in IT working in various roles for many large multinational IT companies.
Colin enjoys working at Tracey Solicitors as the people are so friendly and make working here a joy.
In his free time he plays bass guitar, drums, hiking, home DIY. He loves reading both fiction and non-fiction, Travelling and practices Mindfulness.

Dagmara joined Tracey Solicitors LLP in 2023. She completed a Master's Degree in Linguistics and a Bachelor's Degree in Teaching English as a Foreign Language.
Dagmara worked as an English as a Foreign Language Teacher in one of the colleges in Dublin. She also worked as an interpreter for the Courts Service and the HSE.
Over the last few years she has worked in law firms specialising in Litigation, both Plaintiff Litigation and Defence Litigation. She also has some experience in Intellectual Property.
Outside of the office, Dagmara is a keen gardener and an avid true crime reader. She loves spending time with her family and friends and long walks with her dog.

Dervla became a member of the Tracey Solicitors LLP team in 2019, bringing over a decade of experience as a solicitor to our company. Before joining us, she refined her legal expertise both in private practice and in-house, where she specialized in advising on various areas of the law including personal injuries and professional negligence claims for prominent Irish insurance companies and financial institutions
Dervla qualified as a Solicitor in 2007. She is committed to providing clients with pragmatic and easily understandable legal advice in personal injury law ensuring that the process is seamless and stress-free.
Outside the office, Dervla enjoys playing tennis, reading, and cooking up culinary delights at home.

Elaine is a highly experienced Personal Injury Litigation Solicitor.
Elaine joined Tracey Solicitors LLP in 2014 and now heads up our Medical Negligence Department. She has over 15 years experience as a solicitor and she uses her experience to obtain excellent results for her clients.
Elaine is known for her honest evaluation of her clients legal cases, be they road traffic accidents or medical negligence cases. Elaine is currently involved in settling a number of Narcolepsy cases for her clients.
Outside the office, Elaine can be found helping her boys with their homework or bringing her dog for a walk.

Gabriela moved from Wroclaw to Dublin in 2004. Gabriela graduated from Wroclaw University with a master's degree in law. Before joining Tracey Solicitors LLP in 2021, she worked as a part of a busy legal office in Dublin City with an additional concentration in the debt recovery process. Gabriela enjoys working in Tracey Solicitors LLP because it is a very friendly and supportive environment.
Outside of the office, Gabriela is passionate about traveling, especially in connection with gaining new cultural experiences. She relaxes by reading, listening to classical music, and taking long walks.

Gillian joined Tracey Solicitors LLP in 2000 and is now our Senior Personal Injury Legal Executive .
Before becoming Senior Personal Injury Legal Executive, Gillian was our Receptionist and went on to qualify as a Legal Executive bringing a wealth of knowledge to the team. She uses her extensive experience in Operations to lead the team in areas such as, HR, recruiting, team management, office managing and is instrumental in facilitating cross functional collaboration of teams within Tracey's.
She does so with the goal of creating the best in class systems, processes and team to create the best possible client experience and ensures the smooth running of the company on a day to day basis.
What Gillian likes most about working here at Tracey Solicitors LLP are the people in the office that she supports each day - knowing that her job not only has an impact on other team member's growth but in turn ensures the clients are always top of mind.

Gloria joined Tracey Solicitors LLP in June 2020 as a Personal Injury Legal Executive.
Gloria qualified as a Legal Executive having graduated from DIT with a Diploma in Legal Studies. She was Paul Tracey's first staff member and worked with him for 12 years and gained a vast amount of experience in different areas of law. After a career break to raise her children, she re-joined Tracey Solicitors LLP in June 2020 as a Personal Injury Legal Executive.
What Gloria enjoys about working in the office is the general sense of community in the office and getting the best outcome for our clients.
When not working, Gloria enjoys keeping fit by walking her dog in the many parks and beaches near her home and also enjoys reading and watching movies.

Jack joined our commercial brand, Carlisle Solicitors as a Debt Recovery Legal Executive in 2023.
He graduated in 2020 with a Bachelor of Laws Degree (LL.B).
Before joining Carlisle, Jack had worked in areas such as conveyancing, mortgage litigation and debt recovery.
Jack enjoys the fast-paced work environment in Carlisle Solicitors and ensures that clients are met with a friendly, pro-active and results driven client service.
Outside of the office, Jack has a keen interest in football/ rugby and enjoys walking his dog.

Jacqueline joined Tracey Solicitors LLP in 2009, having completed a business degree in DCU. While she doesn't work directly with the clients, she knows that her role helps facilitate important aspects of their journey.
Jacqueline refers to her job as offering her something new every day. Jacqueline also loves the great team spirit of helping clients get the best results. She feels like her work colleagues are more friends rather than colleagues, making it a great working environment.
When Jacqueline is not in the office she likes to spend quality time with her family, in particular going to her kids GAA matches and dance classes. Of course Jacqueline also doesn't mind a dance herself when she is out socialising with friends!

Jessica joined Tracey Solicitors LLP in January 2023. Prior to this, she completed a QQI Level 5 in Legal Administration from Rathmines College of Further Education. Jessica has also a BA Degree in Civil Law, Majoring in Law with a Minor in Criminology from Maynooth University.

Joanna joined Tracey Solicitors LLP in 2021. She completed a Master's Degree in Literary Translation at Trinity College. Joanna also holds a Bachelor's Degree in Teaching English as a Foreign Language recognised by ACELS, an Irish-based accreditation.
Joanna has gained customer service experience from working in the hospitality industry for several years. Here at Tracey Solicitors LLP, Joanna continues her passion for dealing with people. Joanna's favourite aspect of the job is the fact that she can develop her passion for translation/interpretation while working with two languages, Polish and English.
Outside of the office, Joanna loves reading, travelling, and being out and about with her family. Joanna also practices yoga in her free time.

Leah joined Tracey Solicitors LLP in 2022.
She has a BA Honours Degree in Mathematics & Economic from UCD, an MSc in Quantitative Finance from the UCD Michael Smurfit School of Business and is a qualified accountant (Chartered Institute of Management Accountants). Leah has also completed the PRINCE2 Practitioner certification for Project Management. Leah has worked Project Management consulting since 2016, primarily focusing on process improvement through automation.
Outside of the office, Leah loves to bake and stay active by going for walks with her family.

Maria specialises in Personal Injury; she prides herself on helping clients navigate challenging situations through legal solutions.
Maria advises exclusively on private client matters in the areas of Personal Injuries, and Professional Negligence claims in connection with such areas.
Maria is a Committee Member of the Law Society of Ireland's Professional Indemnity Insurance Committee, and a Committee Member of the Dublin Solicitors Bar Association Litigation Committee. Maria has had many articles published in her areas of specialism.
Maria joined Tracey Solicitors LLP in 2011, after seven years working for another Dublin-based legal firm. Prior to this Maria attended Trinity College Dublin where she completed a law degree before attending the Law Society of Ireland. Since qualification Maria has completed the STEP diploma and a diploma in Leadership with the Irish Management Institute.
Outside of office hours, she is constantly on the lookout for new experiences - especially when it comes to health and fitness - and is a regular hiker, spinner and yoga enthusiast.

Monika specialises in Personal Injury, dealing with our clients in both English and her native Polish Language.
Using her strong customer service skills that she developed during her time in the Hospitality Industry, Monika ensures her clients are assisted with the highest levels of client care from the outset of their legal journey by ensuring they understand each stage of the legal process and providing them with regular updates.
After completing a degree in Business, Monika joined Tracey Solicitors LLP in 2010 as a Legal Executive specialising in the area of Personal Injury. In 2018 Monika qualified as a Solicitor and is passionate about helping both Irish and her fellow Polish natives.

Paul qualified as a solicitor in 1982, so he brings a wealth of expertise to his clients. As a managing partner of the firm, Paul is the driving force behind our client centric approach and is absolutely committed to making law accessible to all.
With a warm and engaging manner, Paul is a plain-talking professional who takes the mystery out of the legal process and makes sure that our clients fully understand the implications of the legal actions they are taking in plain English.

Philip joined Tracey Solicitors LLP in 2021 having qualified as a solicitor in a well-established practice in Dublin's city centre.
Prior to this, he graduated with a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Limerick. Philip believes in developing a strong relationship with his clients and brings a personable approach to his files.
Philip works with a particular focus on debt and asset recovery while also acting for clients in matters relating to defamation actions.
Outside of the office, Philip has a keen interest in a variety of sports, with a particular proclivity to Rugby and GAA.

Ruth specialises in Personal Injury and joined the Tracey's team in February 2019.
Ruth graduated with an honours Bachelor Degree in Business Law in University College Dublin and furthered her knowledge by completing a Masters in Law in UCD. Ruth also took part in the Comparative International European Law programme in Maastricht University, Netherlands.
Ruth worked as a legal executive before completing her legal training contract which she qualified for in 2017.
Ruth ensures that results are in the clients best interests and expectations.
In her spare time, Ruth can be found sailing classic boats along the River Shannon and is involved in amateur theatre.
Being that mine was a sensitive and personally hard case, I found Paul and his vastly experienced team exceptional.
Part of our management team, Sandrine works to ensure the smooth running of our business, so we can provide the highest quality service to our clients and provide a safe and progressive environment for our employees.
Sandrine joined Tracey Solicitors LLP in November 2018 as our Operations Director. She holds a Master Degree in Foreign Languages French, German and English applied to International Trade and holds a Post-Grad Diploma in E-Commerce.
Over the past twenty years, Sandrine has gathered an array of experience having worked for various industries such as telecommunications, technology, social media and pharmaceutical.

Sarah Jane loves the fast-paced work environment in Carlisle Solicitors. She proactively approaches her work and works with her clients to reach the best possible outcome.
