Since the summer of 1992 Paul has worked hands-on rehabilitating and preserving housing. In maintaining these buildings, Paul has completed full building rehabs, without displacing tenants. He has also successfully obtained state grants for the improvement of the buildings that he was managing.
Paul graduated from Adelphi University in 1996 with a B.S. degree, and began managing some 1,000 apartments and approximately 100,000 sq. ft. of commercial property. Additionally, Paul is a Licensed Real Estate Broker in the State of New York and a Certified Assisted Housing Manager.

Always in pursuit of knowledge related to real-estate and the law, Peter uses what he learns to advocate for his clients. Peter was admitted to practice law in New York in 1999. He received his B.B.A. from Adelphi University and completed his J.D. at Touro College Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center.
Peter is also a member of the Board of Directors and Legal Committee for the Associated Builders and Owners of Greater New York; and Board of Directors, New York Housing Conference, National Housing Conference.
