Joshua "Sarg" Sargeant

Joshua "Sarg" Sargeant is the Lead Bartender at Adorn Restaurant's Adorn Bar. Sargeant holds a Business Management degree with a focus in Hospitality from East Carolina University, and he started his hospitality career working at a country club as a teenager. As Adorn's Lead Bartender, he looks forward to curating memorable experiences and an unbeatable level of consistency for guests.

OWEN HUZAR

Hailing from Boston, Massachusetts, Owen Huzar (WSET 3) is the Head Sommelier and Wine Buyer for Adorn Restaurant. After receiving a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Administration from Boston University, he fell in love with the wine world. "I aim to spark curiosity though the glass. The wine world is endless, so guiding guests with a thirst for knowledge is truly a joy for me."
