Aubrey has been working as an administrative professional at a small CPA firm for the past seven years where she has honed her skills in organization and attention to detail. Through a variety of volunteer opportunities such as teaching elementary children, planting trees in the local community and working as event staff for her hometown festivals, Aubrey has garnered a deep desire to help others and feel that these can come together at ADU Foundation the aid in the Pacific Northwest's growing housing affordability crisis.

- Controller for Colas Construction
Brandon serves as Controller for Colas Construction, where he oversees the accounting department and construction risk management. With a degree in Accounting from WSU and experience in operational management, Brandon is adept at maximizing financial return through the proper establishment of policies, controls, and reporting systems. Brandon remains committed to building a stronger workforce and a more sustainable community through his involvement in various volunteer opportunities. He serves as an Advisor for DeMolay Washington, has previously served as a director of the West Columbia Gorge Chamber of Commerce, and developed a registered apprenticeship and structured on-the-job training program in the manufacturing sector. As Treasurer of the ADU Foundation, Brandon leverages his skills and abilities as an effective leader to support the organization's mission of ending houselessness and creating housing stability in our region.
Cat is committed to finding as many resources as possible to help as many people as possible. She currently volunteers in Clark County to help give a voice to residents in Greater Brush Prairie as Neighborhood Association President and is committed to helping increase access to housing for all. Cat earned degrees in Business Administration and Psychology as well as a Masters in Organizational Development and Human Resources, she utilizes her education with years of management and human resource experience to ADU Foundation and is hopeful we can grow to where ADU Foundation is not only providing affordable housing but also helping people establish new career paths for the betterment of the community.

Hayley is the co-owner of Fairhaven Project Services, where she supports property owners, home builders and contractors navigate the permitting and planning process throughout WA State. With a degree in International Business, Hayley understands the importance of cross-cultural communication and building relationships in a multi-cultural environment. As the Board Director of Trade Partnerships, Hayley brings extensive experience in fostering collaborative relationships within the trade industry. Her strategic leadership and commitment to sustainable development contribute to the ADU Foundation's mission of providing affordable housing in Clark County.

Jorja Blake is a curious and thoughtful problem solver who thrives on taking charge, enthusiastically investigating everything and using the results to help others. She is passionate about creating relationships and networking. Jorja currently serves as Strategic Planning Project Manager and Administrative Assistant at The FOCUS Group based in St Augustine FL. In her years as a mortgage processor and originator, she loved educating and helping her clients achieve their financial goals and fulfill their dreams of homeownership. Always curious and interested in real estate, homes, and land, Jorja is also a General Real Estate Appraiser Trainee with more than 2,000 hours of experience. She earned a B.S. in Psychology from Portland State University. Jorja, husband Bill, and five children live in Vancouver, WA.

Marisa is an Associate Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker holding a Master's Degree in Social Work from Louisiana State University and a Bachelor's Degree in Human Service with a focus on Child and Family Services from Southern New Hampshire University. Currently serving as a Collaborative Care Clinician, Marisa excels in case management with Medicare and Apple Health populations. With over a decade of experience in the education system: Marisa is deeply committed to mental health, human rights, education, children, youth, families, and animal welfare. Beyond her professional endeavors, she dedicates her time to raising her two children with her husband of fifteen years.
As the Chief Technology Officer. Mylie leverages over a decade of tech expertise, currently serving as a Senior Solution Architect for AWS. With a passion for digital innovation, she aim to enhance our charity's digital capacity, using technology to broaden our impact on homelessness. Aside from work, Mylie lives in Camas, WA and enjoys family life, friends outing and cooking
Sativa got her start in the construction industry during a high school internship in Longview, WA where she found her passion for connecting good design with building a community around her. She went on to earn a Bachelor's degree in interior design, continued her career in the industry and built roots by starting a family her in the PNW. The idea of building a tiny home wasn't on her radar until her mothers medical diagnosis left her unable to afford housing and homeless. She rose to the challenge of designing and fabricating one in her own backyard but was quick to realize the lack of affordable custom options and resources to tackle red tape in the area which lead to the creation of ADU Foundation.

With a passion for community-lead projects and a diverse construction background, Taylor Krebs is excited to bring her expertise as both a Registered Architect and Construction Project Manager to her role as Director of Project Management at the ADU Foundation. Born and raised in SW Washington, Taylor has been working in the construction community for nearly a decade. In her current role as Project Manager for Wenaha Group, a Native-owned construction consultancy, Taylor has the opportunity to work heavily in public and tribal housing sectors assisting Housing Agencies throughout the PNW while providing stewardship of their construction projects to create more affordable housing for state and local inventories. Taylor is excited for the opportunity to serve her community as a part of the ADU Foundation and to utilize her expertise to empower property owners and families to consider the possibilities of housing those most in need through accessible ADU construction.
