Michelle Knox started her Medical Career as a Dialysis Technician before working as an Emergency Department Technician in a Level 3 Trauma Center. During her time working in the Trauma Center Michelle attended, and completed the Bachelor's of Science Nursing program at Wilson College. Michelle Presently continues to work as an RN in a Surgery Center.

Ryan started in the healthcare field as a volunteer firefighter/EMT when he was 15 years old. He went to Washington County Technical High School where he graduated from their Health Occupations program in 2000. After graduating, he continued to volunteer and work as an EMT. In 2008, Ryan went to Hagerstown Community College and obtained his CNA. Upon completion of this class, he began working as an Emergency Department Technician at a level 3 trauma center. In 2012, Ryan went to Franklin County Career and Technology Center completing there Practical Nursing program. In Addition to working at the Trauma center as an LPN after completion of this program, he has worked in Primary Care, Pulmonology, Occupational Health, Walk-in and Urgent Care. Ryan continues to work as an LPN.
