ANSTSE is responsible for maintaining the Novice Teen Driver Education and Training Administrative Standards (NTDETAS) also commonly referred to the "National Driver Education Standards."... The Association of National Stakeholders in Traffic Safety Education (ANSTSE), also referred to as the "Association", was formed in 2010 as a result of the 2009 publication of the Administrative Standards.
