Alejandro Dabdoub

Mr. Dabdoub is a Principal of Allied Orion Group. Mr. Dabdoub founded and currently operates "Bo degas de Vino" in Mexico, which imports, exports, trades, and distributes wines and spirits. He has two store holdings that sell wines and gourmet food in Polanco and Pedregal in Mexico City. He operated and sold "L'Alsace" and "La Taverne" restaurants in Mexico City. As part of his real estate expertise, Mr. Dabdoub spearheaded "Pacifico Diamante," a residential development in Acapulco with a private beach and resort-style amenities. Mr. Dabdoub also has joint-ventured in several successful commercial real estate investments in the United States. Other ventures of Mr. Dabdoub include co-producing three films: "Propiedad Ajena" through Hyperion Films, "Angel Caido" through Red Dragon Films, and "Desafio" through BIFFCO. Mr. Dabdoub obtained his Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from the University of New Orle ans. As part of his continued studies, he received a diploma from Harvard Business School in Real Estate Management and was mentioned in Cambridge Who's Who. A full service multifamily management, investment and development firm headquartered in Houston, Texas with additional offices in Denver, Dallas and San Antonio.

Aura Malpica

Aura Malpica is a Senior Investment Associate with Allied Orion Group in charge of all aspects of multifamily development and investments-ranging from origination to disposition. Since joining Allied Orion Group in 2017, Aura has assisted with the development of more than 1,500 apartment homes throughout Texas and has developed diverse expertise in the real estate industry, including land acquisition, due diligence, market research, financial underwriting and modeling, capital raising, project financing, design and construction management, preparation of institutional-grade reports and dispositions. Prior to joining Allied Orion Group, she worked as an accounting analyst in the finance department for the Houston Hispanic Chamber of Commerce where she was responsible for financial reporting, annual audits, financial planning, budgeting and forecasting, and presenting and advising the Board of Directors and investors on the financial status of the Chamber of Commerce. Aura started her professional career in Venezuela where she served as Chief Operating Officer for a general contracting firm, reporting to the CEO, and was responsible for all financial and administrative matters for the company. Aura holds a Master of Business Administration and a Master of Science of Finance from the University of St. Thomas in Houston, Texas, as well as a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Carabobo in Venezuela. In her spare time, Aura enjoys spending time with her husband David, and her children Damian and Anabella.

Carla Bremauntz

Carla Bremauntz is an Investment Associate at Allied Orion Group. In this capacity, she is involved in all aspects of the development, acquisition, and asset management of the firm's multifamily portfolio. Carla has more than five years of experience in real estate lending, underwriting, investment, and asset management. Prior to joining Allied Orion Group, Carla worked as an Associate at Greystone-a real estate lending, investment, and advisory company-where she played a role in financial underwriting across a variety of platforms such as Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, Bridge, and CMBS. Carla received a Bachelor of Business Administration from Babson College. She is actively involved in Real Estate Network Empowering Women (RENEW).

Gabe Lerner - Managing Director

Gabe Lerner is the Managing Director at Allied Orion Group, where he is responsible for the acquisition, development, and alternative investment opportunities focusing on multifamily properties across the United States. Gabe has been in the real estate business for over a decade and has extensive experience in the areas of multifamily, office, retail, and large-scale land acquisitions. He also practiced law during that time period. Prior to joining Allied Orion Group, Gabe worked as Managing Director for one of the largest private Chinese real estate developers based in Beijing, China, where he played a leading role in the investment, oversight, and management of projects outside mainland China, with projects in North America, Europe, Japan and other locales around the world. Previous to being Managing Director, Gabe was legal counsel and manager of a Texas-based Land Acquisition and Due Diligence company dealing in the energy and real estate sectors, where he oversaw and consulted on projects throughout Texas and various other states in the US. In addition, he worked as legal counsel for a top tier energy and real estate law firm, where he was responsible for the development, review, and advice of projects ranging from $25 to $500 million in transaction size across Texas, focusing on debt placement review, transactional work and asset acquisition and/or divestment consultation. Gabe is also a founding member of the South Texas College of Law Energy Alumni Association, where he holds a Board seat at the law school. He has also been a part of various other associations, including, Greater Houston Partnership committees: Real Estate, Foreign Direct Investment, and International Investment and Trade, Member and Advisor: Next Level Capital Group (Texas-based Hedge Fund), Young Professionals in Energy, Houston Young Lawyers Association and Houston Realty Business Coalition. Gabe received his M.B.A. (Finance) from the University of Tulane and his J.D. from South Texas College of Law, both in Houston, Texas. Prior to his studies in law and business, he graduated from Texas Tech University in Lubbock, Texas. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his wife, Lauren, getting outside and running or playing various sports, trying new restaurants, and relaxing with his friends and family. Gabe was born in Houston and spent most of his life in Texas, with various stints in Colorado, and is currently licensed to practice law in Texas.

Gene Blevins

Jacqueline Gallego

Jacqueline Gallego is an Asset Manager at Allied Orion Group. She is responsible for overseeing investor communications, including quarterly reporting, portfolio updates, distributions, and general strategy reports. She is involved in all phases of new acquisitions and developments and oversees assets ranging from origination to disposition. Since joining Allied Orion Group in 2016, Jacqueline has assisted in all development and acquisition transactions. Prior to her Asset Manager role,Jacqueline served as an Investment Coordinator and an administrative assistant, reporting to the Executive Committee of Allied Orion Group.

Justin Hunt

Justin Hunt is an Investment Associate at Allied Orion Group where he is involved in all aspects of the development, acquisition, and asset management of the firm's multifamily portfolio. Justin has more than a decade of experience as a Texas CPA in the areas of investment analysis, financial operations, and economic development. His multicultural experiences in for-profit, nonprofit, and government roles allow him to seek investment returns alongside substantive community development-meeting the needs of stakeholders with varied perspectives. Prior to joining Allied Orion Group, Justin's recent experience includes working in asset management and development at a regional, multifamily development firm as well as in the multifamily investment sales division at Newmark Knight Frank. Justin received a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Master of Science in Accounting at Southern Methodist University, and a Master of Real Estate at Texas A&M University. He is actively involved in the Urban Land Institute (ULI), the Congress for New Urbanism (CNU), and his local church.

Kirk Tate

Mr. Tate is Member of the Advisory Board of Allied Orion Group and has directly or indirectly successfully sponsored the acquisition/development of approximately 3,600 multifamily units, or a total aggregate value of over $460 million. Mr. Tate primarily oversees the strategic plans of the property management business, including business development. His career in multifamily property management began in 1976 and during the recession of the early 1990s, he formed Orion Real Estate Services to focus on the repositioning of distressed properties. He expanded the property management business to specialize in affordable housing (Section 8 and Section 42 projects) while still managing conventional properties. Orion was merged with Allied Orion Group in 2001.

Loyal Proffitt

Loyal recently joined Allied-Orion Group (AOG) as President of the Property Management division and has over 30 years of multi-family experience and leadership. At AOG, Loyal is responsible for the day-to-day operations and oversight of a portfolio of approximately 24,000 apartment homes. As part of this responsibility, Loyal is focused on making sure that the goals and objectives of the AOG investors, clients, and business partners are satisfied. Prior to AOG, Loyal was the President at The Related Group (TRG Management) in south Florida and the Chief Operating Officer at US Residential overseeing portfolios of 14,000 and 44,000 units, respectively. Loyal graduated from Abilene Christian University with a BBA degree in Accounting. Loyal has previously been on the Board of Directors of the Apartment Association of Greater Dallas (AAGD) and the San Antonio Apartment Association (SAAA).

Miguel Zubillaga

Miguel Zubillaga is an Investment Analyst at Allied Orion Group. In this capacity, he is involved in acquisitions for the firm's multifamily portfolio. Miguel has more than five years of experience in real estate, consulting, retail, banking, and financial institutions. Specifically, in real estate, he has three years of working experience in financial planning, underwriting, investment, and asset management. Prior to joining Allied Orion Group, Miguel worked as an Associate at Uber, where he played a role in strategic finance for Latin American countries in charge of FP&A and strategic projects. Preceding that, Miguel worked as a Senior Investment and Financial Analyst for CINUK, a vertically integrated real estate platform focused on urban development in Mexico and the United States, where he was involved in investment, financial planning, fundraising, and asset management. Miguel received a Bachelor of Finance from Universidad Iberoamericana in Mexico City.

Paul Riley

Paul Riley has served as President of Construction Services for Allied Orion Group since 2015 and has more than 40 years of experience in the industry. Riley's extensive experience includes the estimating, scheduling, purchasing, management, and quality control of multi-family, commercial, public, airport, industrial, retail, and hospitality construction and construction management. Prior to joining Allied Orion Group, Riley was most recently a Senior Project Manager for Finger Construction, the construction arm of The Finger Companies. He has worked in various other roles ranging from Project Superintendent, Senior Project Manager, and Vice President of Operations for some prominent construction companies, including Tribble & Stephens Construction, Mesa Southwest Construction, Gilbane Building Company and Mission Construction. Riley studied Civil Engineering Technology at Texas A&I University.

Rene Bremauntz

Mr. Bremauntz is a Principal of Allied Orion Group. Mr. Bremauntz has more than 30 years of experi ence in the Mexican and U.S. real estate markets as an investor, developer, and advisor. Rene has been CCO, COO, CEO, and Board Member of several Mexican development firms. He led the acquisitions and asset management platforms of distressed real estate joint ventures formed by several globally-focused opportunity funds, including Deutsche Bank Global Real Estate, J.E. Robert Companies, GE Capital, and GMAC. He was responsible for the acquisition of more than 7,000 commercial, industri al, hospitality, and residential assets throughout Mexico, as well as the asset management of more than 14,000 properties. Rene has underwritten more than $2 billion of real estate transactions and has been directly involved in more than 64 residential and multifamily projects as both an investor and a developer. Rene holds an MBA from IPADE and a Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering from Universidad Na cional de México (UNAM). In his free time, Rene is a competitive marathon runner.

Ricardo Rivas - CEO

Mr. Rivas is the Chief Executive Officer of Allied Orion Group ("AOG"). Mr. Rivas joined AOG in 2001 and his responsibilities include the strategic and operational growth of AOG, along with leading the executive team to carry out the company's objectives in property management, development & acquisitions, and construction. Mr. Rivas' professional affiliations include being a member of the National Multifamily Housing Council, the Urban Land Institute, and the Houston Apartment Association. Ricardo is a frequent speaker and presenter in industry conferences and serves as Board Member in non-profit organizations such as Scenic Houston. Mr. Rivas received with honors his Master of Science in Accountancy from the University of Houston and his Master of Business Administration from the University of North Alabama. He is also a Magna Cum Laude graduate of the University of North Alabama and was named All-Gulf South Conference for two consecutive years as a member of the men's varsity tennis team.

Sonya Rosenbach - CFO

Sonya recently joined Allied Orion Group as Chief Financial Officer and has 22 years of real estate accounting experience. Sonya's responsibilities include the oversight of all aspects of the Company's accounting and finance functions. Sonya has held positions at various commercial and multi-family real estate companies, including Corporate Accounting Officer of a privately-held, California-based company that manages over 30,000 units of affordable and market-rate housing across California; Chief Accounting Officer and Treasurer of a non-traded real estate investment trust in Colorado, with holdings in real property and real estate related investments; and Chief Financial Officer of a privately-held, California-based company involved in multi-family and retail development and operations. Sonya began her career in real estate as an auditor at a Big 4 accounting firm. She is a Certified Public Accountant in California and Texas and graduated with honors from the University of Texas at Tyler.

Tim Myers - Chairman

As Chairman of the Advisory Board, Mr. Myers coordinates the board's activities and agendas in addition to the company's vision and goals. Prior to co-founding Allied in 1985, Mr. Myers served as Vice President of one of the country's largest independent apartment development firms. During his tenure, he served as Vice President of the Property Management Division, where he was responsible for the oversight of over 25,000 multifamily units.
