We provide community-based health maintenance and support services to the elderly, persons with physical disabilities, and those recovering from accidents and/or illnesses. Another Alternative, Inc. has been providing services for over 20 years... We are an approved provider of CCSP (Community Care Services Program) and SOURCE waiver programs and management agency... As a CCSP and SOURCE management agency, Another Alternative offers care partnership opportunities for Family Model PCHs. We are currently accepting applications for new care partnerships. The PCH must be licensed by the State of Georgia Department of Community Health, Office of Health Care Facilities Regulation. The PCH must be licensed to care for 2-6 residents, cannot be under contract with another agency or program, and can not have any deficiencies.
