APL was established in 2020 by Mike Davis, a 23 - year public servant who set out to bring together and honor the good people who serve with integrity, character, and competence every day... APL offers team and individual training through in person and online seminars on various topics ranging from, policy and procedure, leadership development, recruitment, risk management, audits, ethical standards and accountability, earning trust, and creating professional collaborations. We conduct change management accountability through procedure, property, and equipment inventory/audits.
