Ardor Equity Group was formed in 2021 by its two principals, Gary S. Horwitz and John D. Forbess. Mr. Horwitz and Mr. Forbess both had long (20+ years and 25+ years respectively) and distinguished careers at a national commercial real estate development and management company based in Los Angeles... Together, along with the company's founder, they took a small local company and built it into a national real estate firm with 72 commercial properties in 23 cities and 18 states, comprising over 21 million sq. ft. of space... With over 50 years of combined experience, our principals have sourced, purchased, managed, renovated, repositioned, and sold many commercial real estate properties. Our unique investment experience and deep industry relationships have allowed us to seek out undervalued, underperforming and value-add properties, which has led to the execution and compilation of a diverse and dynamic portfolio.
