Brian Billings is also a HAAG Certified Roof Inspector and a licensed Public Adjuster, which uniquely qualifies him to work directly with your insurance company on your behalf in the event of a covered loss such as wind or hail damage... Our goal is to offer affordable solar options for homeowners. We found when looking at solar for our personal home that not everyone was up front about the fees incurred. Also, it ties in so nicely with our roofing business, it seemed like the next logical step!... Billington Construction specializes in home improvement including roofing, windows, siding, paint, electrical, plumbing, patio coverings and RE-10 checklists.
