I am currently a public servant and leader in federal government. I previously served as the Director of Diversity & Inclusion for Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine and the Assistant Director of Operations for the Johns Hopkins East Baltimore Medical Center, one of the largest multi-specialty outpatient facilities in Johns Hopkins Medicine (JHM). As the former Hospital Medicine Administrator for Johns Hopkins Medicine, I oversaw the performance improvement processes at programs at all of the Maryland JHM hospitals. I have expertise in leadership, process improvement and training development. My passion for leadership and commitment to helping others along their own leadership paths has been a catalyst for my professional success.
