Bracknell TaeKwon-Do is based on a Martial Art originally created for the Korean Military and taught throughout most UK Armed Forces. Therefore, there is a huge emphasis on Respect, Self Control & Dicipline... At Bracknell TaeKwon-Do we are affiliated to the ITF (International TaeKwon-Do Federation) and as such teach the FULL syllabus of TaeKwon-Do, not just the kicks famed by other methods...
