Founded in 2008, Bubba's BBQ & Catering is a family owned business specializing in Texas-style smoked brisket, ribs, and pork... We are a family-owned and operated business. In our 26-foot rolling BBQ kitchen, we strive to serve the best BBQ and sides possible. This dream all began in 1998 on a Whitetail hunting trip to Texas. It was there I was introduced to the mesmerizing smells and tastes of real Texas BBQ. I bought my first smoker and started tinkering with Bubba's creations... These experiences left me wanting to "do my own thing" using rubs and sauces, that I have perfected over the years, and locally sourced Hickory wood, we look forward to serving the best Texas-style BBQ in New Baltimore, Michigan… Bubba style.
