Mike Blackwell is the owner and inspector of Buyers Edge Home Inspections. When Mike began to notice a clear need for more home inspectors in the state of New Jersey, he decided to answer the call-following an instinctive desire to see others lead less stressful lives by owning a great home of their own.
Every homeowner was once a first-time home-buyer, and when you don't have firsthand familiarity with the ins and outs of real estate, it can quickly become overwhelming. That's why Mike takes special care to help his more inexperienced clients avoid the mistakes that often occur due to a strictly emotional buying decision-and he's sure to disclose everything he discovers about a home so that all of his clients, regardless of their home-buying experience, can stay protected.
