BWI

BWI is an impact startup on a mission to use data and machine learning to provide governments and companies with basin digitization services in order to help better adapt to the impact of climate change on the availability of water resources... BWI also works with Hemeria, a European satellite platform manufacturer, and other partners, on a bespoke space infrastructure which consists in the putting in orbit of a constellation of altimetry satellites to monitor water levels globally with a high revisit rate. This latter project requires radar / RF expertise at different levels (manage RFP of instrument manufacturer, co-design with instrument manufacturer at development stage, manage technical integration project, define and implement command and control spec,…)... At BWI, we also want to accelerate the transition to a low carbon society by enabling low carbon industries, such as, for instance, hydropower electricity generation or inland water transportation, to grow at maximum speed.
