Cindy Daley - COO

Cindy began her career at IBS™ in 2009 after spending over 20 years in the financial industry. Her career began in the banking industry, working in Operations for Trust Services, Credit Cards and IT. After a relocation, she began working for a banking software company where her roles included Customer Support and Installations. One install, led to a consultant role, where she was responsible for creating an IT/Operations department for the bank. This is where her love of system efficiencies and establishing policies and procedures was born! While taking time off to raise children, Cindy volunteered at the elementary school library program, sharing her love of books. While not at work, Cindy enjoys spending time with her grandsons, expanding gardens on their 13 acres, and continues to research her family's genealogy. Cindy attended University of NH and is a graduate of the NE School of Banking, Williams College.

David Lee

David is originally from California and moved to New Hampshire in 2018. David has been involved in support, IT, application development, and negotiations, and holds a degree in Business Management. David loves reading, nature, music, technology, and spending time with his wife and children.

Dee Windom

Dee joined the IBS™ team in December of 2014. She brings to the team her experience of 11 years in software support and installation, focusing on excellent customer service and project coordination. She has a dual Bachelors in Business Administration and Marketing. Dee has lived in the Lake Sunapee area for the past 30 years with her spouse and rescue dogs. She is an avid Red Sox and Dartmouth Women's Ice Hockey fan. In her personal time, Dee enjoys the many recreational opportunities of the Sunapee area particularly hiking, kayaking, and snowshoeing.

Doug Caffrey

Phone: 603-410-5722 Doug joined IBS™ in 2016. He brings over 30 years of technical experience to the team. His background includes application and database programming for the US Navy, software and hardware support for an Apple/IBM dealer, and implementation analyst work in the software publishing industry. Doug is married and has 3 children. He and his family have lived in the Lake Sunapee region of NH for over 25 years. When not riding roller coasters, he enjoys other outdoor activities such as skiing, hiking, kayaking and RC modeling.

John Bock

John joined the IBS™ Client Service team in 1998, configuring, installing, training and supporting IBS™ systems, having spent years prior to IBS™ in the technology service business.

Katie Daley

Job Titles:
  • Director of Client Relations
Katie joined the IBS™ Client Service team in 2014, with a passion for helping others, a drive to contribute to the success of the team, ready and eager to learn. When not working, Katie can be found behind her camera lens or outside with her husband and dogs.

Kyla Pillsbury

Job Titles:
  • Client Service Administrator
Kyla joined IBS™ in 2016. She brings many years of project management and organizational talent to the team. Kyla is a graduate of Colby-Sawyer College where she studied Biology, Chemistry and Business Administration. Kyla is a New Hampshire native having grown up in the midst of the White Mountains. When not in the office, she spends her time working with both the New London & Wilmot Fire Departments as both a firefighter and AEMT. In her spare time, she also enjoys hiking, photography, traveling and completing projects around her house.

Mike McFadden - CTO

Mike McFadden has been in the software engineering industry for more than twenty-nine years. He has designed and developed a multitude of software solutions ranging from stand-alone desktop applications to n-tier enterprise level systems. He works or has worked as a consultant, senior software engineer, and software architect for companies of all sizes, including governmental agencies and Fortune 500 companies. Mike graduated from the University of Texas at Dallas earning a Master of Science in Computer Science. Michael graduated, with honors, from Texas Lutheran University earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science with a minor in mathematics. Additionally, Michael holds certifications as a Microsoft Certified Solution Developer (MCSD), a Microsoft Certified Application Developer (MCAD), and a Microsoft Certified Solution Developer.NET (MCSD.NET). Mike joined the IBS™ team in 2003. He is married and has 2 children. Mike enjoys spending time with his family and is an avid soccer fan, he enjoys watching international soccer and watching his daughter play club soccer with FC Dallas and high school - go Broncos.

Rob Daley - President

Rob co-founded IBS™ in 1989, after spending six years as a lead developer for a core banking system, and three years as the SVP, MIS at St Mary's Bank. Rob's focus remains growing IBS™ staff, so we provide world class collection and recovery solutions to banks and credit unions, while expanding our partner channels beyond all main core system providers and primary ancillary product relationship partners. New Hampshire has been Rob's home for 57 years, with his wife, son and daughter-in-law, daughter and son-in-law and their two kids. When not talking to you, working on the Board of Directors at Sugar River Bank, you can find Rob repairing or building a stone wall, clearing downed trees, playing with their dog or just loving NH mountain life.

Rob Simpson

Phone: 603-410-5723 Rob joined IBS™ in 2016. He brings over 15 years of Bank Operations and 20 years of IT experience to the team. He holds a MBA from SNHU and a BS from UNH. He has lived in the Lake Sunapee Area for over 30 years fostering his love for golf and hockey. He is married and has two grown sons.

Sharron Hallen
