Our passion is developing teaching and learning for everyone. We are fortunate enough to work alongside a variety of schools, experienced colleagues, new teachers and those in the early stages of making plans or training to join this rewarding career... Broadstone First School was designated a Teaching School in the first cohort in 2010 and formed the Poole Teaching School Alliance (Poole TSA). In September 2021 Poole TSA evolved into Castleman Learning Network. As part of our partnership, we work alongside a wide range of schools across Poole, Bournemouth and Dorset. As a network we work together to provide support and development opportunities for professionals across the teaching profession... As a learning network, we support local schools and teachers by offering a range of professional development opportunities which enable teachers to reflect, share in research and develop their practice.
