Dr. Iris Moore

Dr. Iris Moore provides care for general ear, nose and throat disorders in both children and adults. Services provided include treatment for sinus disease, nasal airway problems, head and neck masses, sleep apnea and snoring, as well as tonsillectomies, adenoidectomies, ear tubes and thyroid disease. Dr. Moore is a graduate of the University of Nebraska, Lincoln. She received her M.D. degree from the University of Nebraska College of Medicine, Omaha, in 1979, and completed a surgical internship at Des Moines Veterans Hospital, Des Moines, Iowa. Her three-year residency in otolaryngology was accomplished at the University of Nebraska Medical Center, Omaha, after which she completed a fellowship in otology with Professor Ugo Fisch in Zurich, Switzerland. Dr. Moore is an accomplished surgeon and a member of the American Society of Pediatric Otolaryngologists, the American College of Surgeons, the Nebraska Chapter of the American College of Surgeons, the American Academy of Otolaryngology, the Nebraska Academy of Otolaryngology and the International Skull Base Society.

Dr. Trish Morrow

With over 25 years' of clinical experience, Dr. Trish Morrow brings an extensive amount of knowledge and expertise to her practice. She is highly regarded as an audiologist throughout the region and is particularly proficient in the evaluation and programming of cochlear implants. She provides professional hearing aid evaluations and custom fittings for programmable and implantable hearing aids and intraoperative monitoring for neurotology and neurosurgical operations. She also offers extensive experience in balance evaluation and therapy, and provides tinnitus evaluations and therapy options. Dr. Morrow provides clinical services in Aberdeen, South Dakota on a monthly basis, and in Scottsbluff, Nebraska on a quarterly basis. Dr. Morrow holds a Master's Degree in Audiology from the University of Nebraska, Lincoln and a Doctorate degree in Audiology (Au.D.) from Pennsylvania College. She is a fellow of the American Academy of Audiology.

Krissa Downey

Krissa Downey, Au.D., has been in practice for over 15 years. Dr. Downey graduated from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln in 2002 with a Master of Science degree. She then began her audiology career in Kansas City, Missouri, returning to Omaha in 2005, where she gained many years of clinical experience in adult and pediatric audiology. In 2009 she completed the prestigious Doctor of Audiology program from Arizona School of Health Sciences - A.T. Still University, a division of Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine. In 2011, Dr. Downey pursued a challenging career opportunity in intraoperative monitoring. Working with premier anesthesiologists and spine surgeons in the Omaha area, she provided real-time diagnostic information while monitoring the sensory and motor functions of spinal nerves during cervical, thoracic and lumbar spine surgery. In 2014, Dr. Downey had the pleasure of starting work at Central Plains ENT. Here she is able to combine her love of audiology in a private practice with the unique variety of diagnostic opportunities only available at Central Plains. Dr. Downey is very dedicated to audiology and feels it is important to give back to the profession. She has supervised University of NE-Lincoln audiology students for the past 10 years and will continue to mentor them through their clinical audiology placements. You will often find one of these students working with Dr. Downey during one of your consultations at Central Plains ENT.

Michael Grace

  • Hearing Instrument Specialist
Michael is a board certified hearing instrument specialist who brings over 26 years of hearing health care experience to our office. Michael graduated from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln in 1990 with a bachelor's degree in speech and hearing sciences. He is a licensed hearing instrument specialist in the state of Nebraska and a member of both the International Hearing Society and the Nebraska Hearing Society. He was past president of the Nebraska Hearing Society and district president of the California Hearing Society. Michael has managed offices and provided hearing health care treatment in San Diego and La Jolla, California. He managed the Hearing Instrument Department for a medical clinic in Omaha and was an owner and president of a private practice in Iowa. Michael has fit thousands of hearing aids, thus helping people improve their quality of life through better hearing. Here at Central Plains ENT and Audiology, Michael is enjoying working with our wonderful physicians, audiologist and staff. He performs diagnostic hearing testing, hearing instrument evaluations, hearing aid fittings and follow-up care for our hearing instrument patients.

Taylor Hepp

Taylor Hepp excels in treating patients of all ages in our ENT setting. Taylor joined our practice in February 2020 after practicing family medicine in Colorado. Hepp received her Bachelor of Arts in biology and Spanish from Hastings College. She then graduated with her Master of Physician Assistant Studies from the University of Nebraska's Medical Center Physician Assistant Program in Omaha, Nebraska. While in school, Hepp was the philanthropy coordinator for the University of Nebraska Medical Center's Physician Assistant Student Society.
