Kristin Evans stumbled, almost literally, into cheese in 2010. She had been a government consultant who longed for something different; something she was passionate about; something where she'd make people's lives a touch better. She found that thing in cheese! Over the last decade, she has been a Cheese Monger, Barista, and Sommelier in Southern California and the Washington, DC Metro Area. She is inspired to bring her love and knowledge of cheese, food and wine to you!
