EMILY RINER

Emily grew up in Gordonsville, Virginia and now resides in Gordonsville (Louisa County) with her husband, step-daughter and four children. She graduated from Orange County Highschool in 2004 and obtained a Bachelor's Degree in English from Mary Baldwin College in 2013. Employed by the firm in 2016, Emily studied under Judy Carter at Germanna title company for two years before completing the title licensure course and obtaining her title producer license. She provides numerous land title services, including: title searches, recording documents and issuing title insurance policies through Chicago Title Insurance Company. Emily also assists with real estate transactions and contracts, estate planning, fiduciary estate administration, establishment of corporations and limited liability companies, litigation and collections.

Richard Wilkinson

Rick Wilkinson graduated from Waynesboro High School, and attended James Madison University (BA 1979) and William and Mary (JD 1983). He began practice in the Southwest Virginia coalfields in Wise County, relocating to Orange in 1987 to serve as Assistant Commonwealth Attorney. From that time until the present, he has practiced in Orange County, and is excited to be able to move the practice from the old Bank of America Building to the new location at the corner of Byrd and E. Church Streets. He remains married to his High School sweetheart, Debbie, and they have devoted many hours to serving the needs of the youth of Orange County. His practice has centered on providing a full range of services concentrating on Real Estate closings, Estate planning and wills, and on Estate administration. As part of these services, he also devotes substantial time to corporate matters, landlord/tenant, and collections.
