Andrew Shuck

Andrew has been a PGA member and Head Golf Professional for twenty years. Currently the head golf professional at Cherry Hills in Denver, CO, Andrew previously spent time as Head Golf Professional at Charlotte Country Club, Ocean Forest Golf Club and McArthur Golf Club. Andrew grew up in Roanoke, Virginia and has had a passion for golf came at a young age. Andrew attended and graduated from Methodist University where he played on a NCAA III national championship team. Andrew is currently serving on four boards: Board of Trustees at Methodist University, First Tee of Greater Charlotte, Carolinas PGA, and Polo Ralph Lauren. Andrew and his wife Kara love living in Charlotte with the Shuck's four children, ages between thirteen and six.

Andy Anderson

Bob Ford

Serves on boards at TaylorMade, Polo Ralph Lauren, Fownes Foundation and The First Tee of Pittsburgh.

Gordon Dalgleish

Ian Hirsch

Ian has nine years of experience working with Caddie Programs at great golf clubs including Quail Hollow Club, Wade Hampton Golf Club and Charlotte Country Club. At ClubUp, Ian leads partner club launches, where his experience is an asset.

Ken Thompson

Ken Thompson joined Aquiline in 2009. Prior to joining Aquiline, he was chairman, president and chief executive officer of Wachovia Corporation. Previously, he was the chairman of The Clearing House, The Financial Services Roundtable and The Financial Services Forum and was president of the International Monetary Conference. He was also president of the Federal Advisory Council of the Federal Reserve Board. Mr. Thompson is a director of BNC Bancorp (NASDAQ: BNCN); Strategic Growth Bank, Incorporated; FIFS Holdings Corp.; Clear2Pay NV; and the PGA Tour. He is a trustee of The Morehead-Cain Foundation. He received a B.A. from the University of North Carolina Chapel Hill and was a Morehead Scholar. He received an MBA from Wake Forest University.

Matt King

Matt King has over 35 years of business experience, the last 18 of which have been exclusively in the venture capital industry with a focus on healthcare services and information technology. He has participated in approximately 55 venture capital and private equity investments since 1992 and has served as lead investor in 25 transactions for FCA III, FCA IV, FCA V and FCA VI. Mr. King currently serves on the Board of Directors of Kerafast, Inc., Clinical Ink, Inc., StudioNow, Inc., MediQuire, Inc., and Vericred, Inc., all FCA portfolio companies. Mr. King serves as Lead Director of Truxton Trust Company (OTC: TRUX), Director of Wake Forest University Health Sciences, Trustee for Wake Forest University, Trustee of Christ Presbyterian Academy and a Board Member of StudioTenn Theatre Company. Mr. King received a BA from Wake Forest University in 1982.

Matthew Rose - Founder

Matthew spent ten years working in global supply chain operations with assignments in Asia, Europe and the United States. Matthew, with his brother Michael, founded ClubUp in 2016 while he finished an MBA at Wake Forest University. A caddie while growing up near Detroit, Michigan, Matthew cites his caddie experience as instrumental to his development. Matthew played soccer for four years at the University of Louisville while earning a degree in economics. He never played golf at a competitive level but enjoys the game today and prefers to walk the golf course whenever possible.

Michael Rose

Michael has more than fifteen years of corporate finance and general management experience. With degrees from Michigan State Univeristy, Kettering University and the University of Michigan, Michael brings knowledge in finance and operations to the team. An avid golfer today and a caddie in his youth, Michael appreciates the benefits of the position for both the golfer and the caddie.

Rodney Sims

After 16 years in the Fibers and Textiles Industry, including leading Sales and Marketing for North America for Nystar, a large European nylon producer - Rodney joined Red Ventures in 2005. With less than 30 employees then, Red Ventures has grown into a Data Driven , Digital Marketing and Sales market leader with over 3000 employees worldwide. Rodney has led many of the businesses and led much of Corporate Development in his tenure at RV. Rodney now leads the Financial Services division for Red Ventures. As part of Red Ventures overall Financial Services investment, they recently announced the acquisition of Bankrate for $1.4B.

Scott Mahoney

Seth Waugh

Seth Waugh joined Alex Brown as non-executive chairman upon the close of the sale of Deutsche Bank's Private Client Services division to Raymond James on September 6, 2016. Prior to this, Mr. Waugh was hired by Deutsche Bank in 2000 and served as CEO of Deutsche Bank Americas from 2003 until his retirement in 2013. He remains a member of the DB Americas Advisory Board and served as its Chairman until 2016. Mr. Waugh has spent his entire professional life in the financial services industry. He was with Merrill Lynch for 11 years and last served as co-head of the Global Markets division. Earlier in his career, Mr. Waugh ran the Corporate Bond desk at Salomon Brothers and traded corporate bonds at First Boston. Mr. Waugh earned a B.A. in economics and English at Amherst College in 1980. He is currently vice chairman of Florida East Coast Industries, Inc. and serves on the boards of Franklin Resources, Inc. and Wake Forest University. He also serves on the Advisory Boards of Workday, Inc. and the PGA of America. Mr. Waugh served on the FINRA Board of Governors until 2015.

Tod Pike

Graduate of Bucknell University where he captained the golf team. During a 40+ year career in office technology, spent mostly with Xerox and Canon, Tod held the positions of Senior Vice President, Sales and Marketing, Canon USA and President of Canon Solutions America. His volunteer life focuses on the game he loves and he currently serves as President of the (NY) Metropolitan Golf Association and Chairman of the MGA Foundation.

Todd Johnson

Todd is a partner with FCA Venture Partners, focused on early-stage healthcare technology investing. He most recently was a Vice President with Wake Forest University overseeing a number of new initiatives for the university. Prior to his role with Wake Forest, he was the founder and served as the managing partner of KeraNetics, an early stage life sciences company that spun out of the Wake Forest Institute for Regenerative Medicine. He has spent the past 25 years in the healthcare field in various roles with early-stage companies. Todd serves also on the Board of Directors of JC Steele (global provider of stiff extrusion manufacturing equipment) , KeraNetics (biotechnology company), Nvolve (remote patient monitoring company), Winston Starts (incubator for early stage companies), OhMD (healthcare software company) and Sneez (healthcare data analytics company).
