Bodo Liesenfeld is Managing Partner of Liesenfeld International GmbH, a private investment enterprise with more than 10 years of private investment experience. He previously served as Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of German-based Rohde & Liesenfeld. Bodo is a Fellow at Harvard's Weatherhead Center for International Affairs, a Member of the Board of Advisors at Beth Israel Deaconess Hospital-Needham, Chairman of the Advisory Board of the Berklee Global Jazz Institute and past President (2017-2021) of the German-American Business Council in Boston.

Maria Lastoria will oversee The Cordwainer community operations. Maria has more than 30 years' experience in senior living, and she was recently named Executive Director of the Year by the Massachusetts Assisted Living Association. Maria previously served as Regional Director of Operations overseeing six senior living communities in New England. She has held several executive director roles within assisted living, memory care and luxury independent living communities. In addition to several Leadership Council Awards for her work in senior living, Maria received a National Quality Award from the National Center for Assisted Living.

Shari Flight works with families to explore their options for memory care and build positive relationships within the local community. She previously worked at several Massachusetts-based senior housing and memory care communities in roles that include program director, life enrichment director and activities assistant. Shari also co-founded Ember Holistic Care LLC, a dementia consulting company with a holistic focus. She graduated from Worcester State College with a B.S. in psychology and has a master's degree in Human Services, with a concentration in Gerontology, from Capella University. Shari is a Certified Dementia practitioner and Teepa Snow Positive Approach to Care coach.

Tamilyn Liesenfeld is a senior housing executive with more than 30 years of financial and operational experience focusing on independent and assisted living, Alzheimer's assisted living and long-term and short-term skilled nursing care, including specialty programs for brain injury and ventilation care. She has more than 25 years of experience in ground up development of independent and assisted living communities. Tamilyn is a licensed Attorney in Massachusetts and Rhode Island, a Member of the Board of Assessors for the Town of Weston and a former Member of the Women's Leadership Council at Lahey Hospital and Medical Center.
