When our business is profitable our members are eligible for patronage based on the volume of qualified products or services purchased from the cooperative... Creative Energy, Inc. was formed in 2009 as a result of the merger between Bloom Oil (established in 1929 located in Jamestown) and Farmers Union Oil of South Heart (located west of Dickenson 7 miles)... Creative Energy Inc. is an energy cooperative, comprising of fuel transports (3 refine fuels transports and 2 propane transport), propane and bulk fuel sales (4 bobtails and 4 refined fuel bulk trucks), bulk oil sales, 2 convenience stores (1 in Jamestown- Sooper Stop and 1 in Belfield). The Jamestown and Belfield locations have a large selection of packaged oil inventories.
