We closed our first project in Louisiana in early 2016. Since that time we have closed 15 additional projects, all managed by our parent company, Criteria Development LLC, which principals have over 40 years of land development experience. The company is committed to growing its inventory in North Carolina, South Carolina, Florida, Louisiana, and Alabama. We pride ourselves on being a fully integrated development company, from planning, acquisition, and construction.
