Crofters has been an established hospitality and lifestyle brand on the Isle of Arran since 2018 where it harnessed a reputation for quirky and imaginative food and drink offerings, along with grassroots live music. Crofters is now looking to move to Glasgow and establish themselves as the go to sustainable hospitality brand. Under new directorship, and new limited company, Crofters has plans for two bricks and mortar venues and a sailing barge with ambitions for a Michelin Green Star... Our kitchen team are enthusiastic and dedicated to providing excellent locally sourced meals. We are committed to transparency in our food and drinks menus, with properly defined, vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options, in addition to high-quality, locally sourced meats and seafood.
