Born and raised in California, I spent alot time in nature growing up, primarily within the Sierra Nevada mountains. Guided by my father, a Kriya Yogi who made me aware from an early age of the Divine power of creation and our connection to the earth and all the living kingdoms within her... My many paths of teachings and self study over the years have led me on a journey into the benefits of plants, their magic and their countless uses.
