Daw, of Crompond, NY, is currently President of Crepini, LLC, a maker of zero net carb wraps that are low calorie, gluten free and keto and paleo friendly and distributed throughout the U.S. Canada and Japan. Prior to this position she was President of the not-for-profit Specialty Food Association having held that position since 2006. During her tenure, membership grew by more than 30%, retention exceeded not-for-profit membership norms, and attendance at the two SFA trade shows - in NY and San Francisco - grew exponentially. She established the organization's first foundation supporting continuing education, research, fighting hunger and food waste, innovation, and outreach, and increased the net assets five-fold. Betty J. Casey comes to the Foundation from Economist Impact, where she was the global head of Policy & Insights. Her work focused on driving awareness and action on critical global issues such as food security, global aging and more. Casey also founded FP Analytics, the research and analysis division of the FP Group and publisher of Foreign Policy magazine and she has more than 2 decades of experience providing evidenced-based strategic advisory services to Fortune 100 corporations, foundations, governments and international institutions.

David P. Whitehead is chief development officer and senior vice president of Development for AARP Foundation. In this position, he provides leadership, direction and coordination for all fundraising strategies and activities that enable the foundation to support its charitable programs. He is responsible for direct response programs, gift planning and major gifts, and philanthropic, sponsorship and cause marketing efforts aimed at securing commitments in excess of $1 million.
He works in partnership with the president of AARP Foundation and organizational leadership to create and implement sound fundraising plans that beneficially advance common goals and strategic priorities.
Prior to joining AARP, he served as chief development officer for the Nature Conservancy, where he led the Campaign for Conservation, raising $1.4 billion over five years. He also led fundraising efforts for Special Olympics Inc., the largest organization in the world supporting individuals with intellectual disabilities. He is a recognized leader in the nonprofit sector with more than 30 years of fundraising experience with regional, national and international organizations.
In addition to his position with the foundation, he also serves as chief development officer for AARP. In this role, he provides leadership, direction and coordination for AARP fundraising strategies and activities that support advocacy, public policy, education and outreach priorities sponsored by AARP.

Diane D. Miller, of Sacramento, Calif., is President and CEO of Wilcox Miller & Nelson, a human capital consulting firm located in Sacramento, California. Prior to joining her firm, Ms. Miller served as Vice President of Portfolio Management for a national real estate investment company, which at that time was the second largest in the nation.

Emily Allen is Senior Vice President, AARP Foundation Programs
Throughout her career, Ms. Allen's primary passion has been on serving the needs of those most at risk in our communities. She has served in a number of capacities in the nonprofit, education and workforce development arenas, and has worked across the generations to ensure vulnerable and at-risk individuals have access to the resources and services they need to thrive.
Ms. Allen began her career as a special education teacher and school administrator on Andros Island, Bahamas, and later accepted positions with AARP Foundation's Senior Community Service Employment Program (SCSEP) as Project Director and Assistant National Director. She then served as Director, Workforce Programs, for AARP before being named Vice President, Income Security, for AARP Foundation in 2011.
In 2016, Ms. Allen was named Senior Vice President, Programs, and now leads a team of Foundation innovators and social entrepreneurs to develop effective solutions that address the social determinants of health and help vulnerable, low-income older adults secure the essentials. In this role, she oversees AARP Foundation's longstanding national programs like SCSEP, Tax-Aide and Experience Corps, as well as new innovations designed to increase economic opportunity and social connections that help prevent and reduce senior poverty.
Ms. Allen holds a bachelor's degree in psychology from Westminster College and a master's degree in human and organizational learning from The George Washington University.

Judge Patricia Banks (Retired, Chicago, Ill.) received her Juris Doctor from the University of Wisconsin Law School. Judge Banks practiced law for over 20 years before her 1994 election to a judgeship for the Circuit Court of Cook County. She served as a trial judge in the Domestic Relations and Law Divisions prior to her appointment as the founding Presiding Judge of the Elder Law and Miscellaneous Remedies (ELMR) Division from 2010-2017. The ELMR Division is the only division of its kind in the United States and was established to improve access to justice for the elderly.
Judge Banks has served as a consultant on elder abuse for the National Center for State Courts. She is also a former faculty member of the Illinois Supreme Court Judicial Conference, where she lectured on elder abuse and aging. She has given testimony before the Elder Justice Coordinating Council, and most recently participated in a panel discussion at a congressional briefing on the intergenerational, interdisciplinary issue of advance care planning. She is a former board member for the Center for Conflict Resolution and is a certified mediator with advanced certification in Eldercare Mediation.

Patricia D. Shannon (Trish) is the Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President for Strategy, Innovation, Finance, Grants, Technology and Business Operations for AARP Foundation. Trish has over 30 years of for profit and non-profit experience both domestically and internationally. She has a passion for working to improve the lives of others. Throughout her career she has traveled extensively and worked tirelessly to promote best practices and effective solutions to business problems in order to create efficiencies and streamline operations for greater program impact.
At AARP Foundation Trish is responsible for aligning resources with outcomes that provide the greatest impact for the low income 50+. She and her team lead efforts to develop, design, and improve systems and activities across the Foundation to maximize scalable results. This includes oversight for management of resources through the planning and budgeting process, strategic grant making, innovation and program evaluation. Trish and her team provide business operations and technology solutions to promote efficient and effective processes to support data driven decision making. All of the team's work is driven by effective stewardship of resources and appropriate risk taking.
Prior to joining AARP Foundation she was the Vice President, Finance &Administration for CEDPA, an international non-profit focusing on women's rights, education and health issues. She was also the Director of Internal Audit at CARE (the world's largest international development and relief organization) where she successfully established and developed the internal audit function serving headquarters and over 40 country offices throughout the developing world. She began her career with the public accounting firm of Coopers &Lybrand (now PricewaterhouseCoopers) in New York, NY and Sydney, Australia.

Robert "Bob" Blancato of Alexandria, Va., is president of Matz, Blancato and Associates, a public and government relations firm. He spent 17 years on the staff of the U.S. House Select Committee on Aging and has participated in four White House Conferences on Aging, including as the Executive Director of the 1995 White House Conference on Aging. With over 30 years of deep experience in the field of aging and public service, he is executive director of the National Association of Nutrition and Aging Services Programs and the National Coordinator of the Elder Justice Coalition. As a volunteer, Bob serves on the Board of the National Hispanic Council on Aging. From 2016 to 2018, he chaired the American Society on Aging (ASA). He is a former volunteer State President of AARP Virginia and served six years on the Board of the National Council on Aging. He is a former president of the National Committee for the Prevention of Elder Abuse.
In 2019, he was appointed by HHS Secretary Alex Azar to the National Advisory Council on Rural Health and Human Services. Bob was named to the ASA Hall of Fame in 2020. He was knighted by the Republic of Italy in 2011.
